The hosts are very friendly and flexible (provided a room key, even though we were late because of the car issues)! Location is more than convenient as a starting point to visit both the east and the west coast of the island. Room design is very romantic and has a lot of nice details! There are more than enough power plugs, lights, kitchen appliances, and bathroom shelves with just perfect little wardrobe space. Have to mention the terrace and the wonderful sea view that allows you to watch the sunrise!

The location....too far away from the beaches & grocery stores. Not for the guests without the car. The street below was too busy...not for those seeking peace & quiet.

We got more than what we paid for! View from the room was amazing, and Instagram worthy! The room was comfortable, clean and kids friendly. The hosts (Mariyoula and Haris) were very friendly, kind, accommodating and very quick to reply to our questions either face to face, via phone or instant messaging (we used Viber to communicate a lot and they replied almost instantly!). They also gave us very good tips on locations to visit (for instance we have a 3yr old and they suggested two specific beaches that we could go in the west side of the island that would be easy to drive to, safe for the little one (Agios Nikitas was great) as well as for taking a few photos of the sunset (kathisma beach ) The property is located right next to an amazing taverna where we dined two of the four nights in Lefkada (amazing if you return late from the beach, shower and have no strength left to do anything else apart from eating dinner and relaxing before sleep time). The property has free parking.

The steep entrance to the property from the road (a hard right, >90 degree, uphill turn), but it didn't affect our overall great impression of the property

Where to start from? The kind, warm and enthusiastic welcome by the hosts and the availability of a parking site. We LOVED the view to the sea and the surrounding area, the 3 (yes, three!) bathrooms, one in each room and the fast Wi-Fi. Cleanliness, air conditioning in each room and a tv set as well as a fridge, also in each room were a big plus. The property comes with a fully equipped kitchen, where we prepared all our meals. All and all, it was a great value for money and it contributed to a relaxing time in Lefkada!

Awesome value for its price, the hosts were friendly and super helpful with my early check-in. The view from the window is spectacular, with a little balcony to sit outside. Bed is comfy, there's a small kitchen for basic cooking and breakfasts. All in all I would return, 100% recommended.

The beds were uncomfortable and one collapsed on us a few times , the owners did Fix it though straight away but it was just a generally uncomfortable bed . The location is beautiful but you will need a car or scooter for sure as you can’t walk to the closest shops as there is no footpath and you can’t swim at the beach you can see from the property so the closest is Nikiana beach which is beautiful. You can hire a scooter I’d recommend one from Nydri the one the hotel recommended was much more expensive . The bus stops right outside but only comes a few times a day .

The couple that own this are lovely people who will try their best to accommodate you ! They come every day and clean thoroughly and offer advise about the area . The view from the accommodation is BEAUTIFUL, and there is a small pizza crepe shop next door that is amazing !
