We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IsraelThe room is not the cleanest. the shower has no door so every time you take a shower the whole bathroom gets wet. Other than that everything is great.
The staff is extremely nice! The location is beautiful if you are looking for a relaxing vacation, some quietness and very good food. The moment you step out of the room you’re 5 steps away from the beach. The hotel has a restaurant inside, that’s where you have breakfast and check in/out. The hotel is right at the entrance to the “beach strip”, there are a lot of other restaurants near and great supermarkets. I suggest you bring beach towels and essentials with you to the place.

The proximity to the lovely beach, watched the sunrise from bed every morning. Great breakfasts and friendly staff. Very comfortable beds. The Delfini Restaurant was an unexpected bonus. Excellent food and reasonably priced.

Also, I might have to sleep separately with my wife because the manager said that was my choice! The room has to apply pesticides. The breakfast was ok but the place couldn't control with one person. Czech RepublicUpon arrival we were told that our room with sea view was unavailable, so we were forced to spend our first night in a cheaper, less comfortable room. We were not the only ones with this problem. The fridge (minibar) wasn't cooling well, its freezer sometimes leaked.
Great location just across the road from the beach. The sea is calm and clean, a little bit deep. Good restaurant with cheap prices (although somewhat limited choice). Great breakfast with a variety of fresh local pastry. Rooms are thoroughly cleaned every day. The owner was very quick to reply on booking.com and arranged a transfer for us. The local mascot Beethoven is one of the cutest dogs I've ever seen in my life.

RomaniaI do not recommend the pasta, which is much overcooked, nor the seafood mix. I also had an unpleasant experience with Chara, after which I could no longer trust her.
The location is very good with the sea across the road. The rooms are cleaned daily. IMPORTANT! There is ONLY one bus/day that leaves in the morning at 08:45 from Stegna to Rhodes and returns from Rhodes to Stegna at 14:30, daily, from Monday to Saturday. There is NO bus on Sunday. There are ONLY 3 direct boat trips from Stegna beach. From Stegna to Archangelos, there are a few km, but you can't really walk them and it is difficult to find a taxi. You will not have these problems if you rent a car. Breakfast is good.

United KingdomThe service could be improved - we arrived and waited around, found someone to check us in who looked very confused, we were told to wait…. when the person checking us in did arrive, although very friendly and smiley, looked like we’d woken her from her nap! The breakfast was very average, we weren’t told what we could order and when we asked for a menu we were told there wasn’t one, we could order anything. We asked for poached eggs, which we were told we couldn’t have. We often felt like everything we asked for was a chore, and the level of professionalism was not the same as places we had stayed in previously. oh and we were charged a full rate the day before we checked out, which we both thought was totally unnecessary! We ended up going to a different hotel to assist with local things to do and taxi bookings as it just became a bit awkward to ask.
Location was unbeatable. Absolutely picturesque!

Modern, comfortable room kept spotlessly clean; useful facilities such as fridge, plenty of hangers in wardrobe, power points where they should be, fabulous aircon! Perspex balcony allowed for lovely early evening gazing at the sea view. Really good breakfast and delicious food at the restaurant (loved the aubergine salad and seafood orzo). All this managed by a lovely family - thank you Hará, and father Loukas for our chats and his patience with my Greek!

SwedenI did have some complaints when I arrived like that there where grasshopper Making a lot of sound from the balcony but one of the girls working there said “do you want me to kill them” that felt very rude. instead she could say it sounds like this everywhere which we also noticed ourselves later on and understood. but she could say there is no room in this price anymore and the sound is everywhere. the balcony view was also not really of a mountain but more like grass as you can see people writing. she also said no one has ever complained about this but as I can see clearly here many has different issues regarding the balcony. also there was not always soap in our room and we had to ask for it (sometimes they gave it and sometimes they forgot) witch is very strange since that’s the element of cleaning and with the COVID situation (there staff in the restaurant also got COVID when I was there) so very strange. I noticed one of the staff (younger girls) was very rude to me and my husband every time we arrived for the breakfast (maybe since I had my complaints before) but if you work with people you should have more experience and also understand that critics is not personal and also can be good for the hotel to take in and do better. but this staff was really rude, she didn’t look our way to give ex coffe and when my husband who is 70 years asked for a spoon she went and came back and put it where the buffet is instead of in his hand as that special extra you get from some people (that makes you feel welcomed). this was really sad for us but we had lots of fun still on our vacation and other staff from the other hotels was extra caring when we were on the beach. not all people should work with people and service. I understand that it can’t be perfect and it’s a 3 star hotel but the staff needs to more polite and not hate on customers like she did. I did pay my respect and since she was much younger I tried not to care but she really made our mornings to a hell.
we loved that it was so close to the beach since the hotel didn’t have any pool.
