The view of the snowy mountain was amazing. The accomm was comfortable and the staff helpful. Had a delicious meal in the resturant with a band playing traditional music. Along with the goats with bells ringing on the hill, it felt like a safe village experience.

The heated pool in the spa was about 30 degrees so our kids loved it! Also the sauna and steam room are very good too! Maria who works in the spa was a perfect hostess!

Nothing - everything was superb

Booked for 3 nights for Valentines in Feb and what a wonderful place to be for a complete chillout relaxing mountain retreat. Excellent happy staff with exceptional service from Vladimir in the Cafe bar and Maria in the Spa centre, We chose to have the breakfast inc dinner option which was a fab idea as the cuisine was well presented and cooked with quality cheffing. All in all, a fab experience and thoroughly enjoyable The heated swimming pool is free and open all year round Thank you so much for a lovely stay x

Excellent breakfast with a lot if options and fresh products. Very kind and professional staff, we had an wonderful massage from Ms Maria . The restaurant had the best traditional food and a great service, always making sure everything is perfect. The personal from the reception always took care of our needs. Definitely recommended and for sure on our favourite places

Fantastic location in the mountains with amazing views. Really friendly staff. The food (breakfast and dinner) was great and always far too much :-) We also enjoyed using the spa/wellness area.

There was nothing we didn't like. Maybe there could be a few more options for breakfast, and the room's furniture could get updated.

The hotel is very close to Anogeia village and has a wonderful view towards the mountain Psiloreitis. There is a small lake with fish and ducks and a small farm with peacocks and baby goats that our kid really enjoyed watching. The indoor pool was clean and relaxing. The room was quite spacious, and there was free parking right outside our door. The traditional cafe is a nice addition.

Beautiful mountain resort with gorgeous setting. We loved walking around the grounds, and loved the pond and wild flowers, herbs and wildlife. With friendly staff and gorgeous mountains, we felt relaxed and at home! Thank you, Maria and all the other staff who made our stay very special!

Nothing, although some points can be improved.

Basically liked everything, the location (for those who are seeking peace and quiet), the staff, the friendly attitude, special requests which were fully fulfilled, the air, atmosphere, etc. It's a bit remote from the rest of Crete especially the coastal areas and the cities, and the driving is a bit of time consuming activity. But all thing are perfect if you come with the right mood. Thank you for a great week. Igal.

Resort a bit remote from the main attractions on the island during summer

Very nice staff personnel, here to help and give advices and making you feel part of the Delina family. The spa was also really nice thanks to Maria and her Silk fingers.

I was expecting great food, so was a little disappointed. The dining area is at the opposite side of the compound in a very large mostly open space. It is good quality Greek food. Not a lot of choice if you are vegetarian or staying several nights. It must be very cold eating there in the Winter.

Beautiful place and scenery. Lovely large room, fantastic breakfast. Very quiet. We didn't use the Spa or swimming pool.

Everything was perfect. You have everything you need in very close distance. The people are very friendly, the food at the restaurant is excellent and the view from the balcony is truly breathtaking! I fell in love with the place...There are also some nights with live music. The whole place is pure perfection!

A true mountain resort with seemingly never ending views. We where welcomed by that warm feeling cretan charm and some local made honey wine, and when we left they sent us off with a complimentary brakefeast..Our room was very spacious overlooking the pond and set to enjoy a wonderful sunset...we hope to visit again soon

it was very clean, enough space, suitable for families, excellent hospitality with perfect swimming pool & spa complex. The location is perfect to visit amazing mountains and geopark on Crete! We were impressed by the meals in the hotel restaurant. definitely recommend and come back in the future trip to Crete.

The staff was really nice, welcoming and helpful, the hotel has amazing views of the mountains, the rooms are very clean, big and have all necessary things. The breakfast buffet had many things and everything was very tasty. We totally recomend this hotel since it's very relsxing and the town is very nice.
