Great location and views

I have no complaints about the accommodation, but the island... That is already debatable...

The location is excellent. The view from the room is beautiful. The hosts are wonderful and kind. Two beaches are literally a minute's walk away, which is great. I was most afraid of how the wifi would be, but no problem, the wifi was great.

Lovely place to spend your holiday. Tranquility and silence are assured. The staff is kind and available. We had a room with a great view of the sea and the hills. The balcony is big enough for dinner or just chill with the sunset. The room itself is simple but large and comfortable. The location is perfect for the main beaches of the island, especially Alikes which could be reached by foot. The complex has private parking (some covered parking) and showers outside. Despite the fact that we stayed there for just 3 days, we could recommend the stay to be longer!

Not that it bothered us, but there is no privacy on the terrace - it is one big shared space with all the other studios, though there is a dedicated table and chairs for each. On the other hand, if you go with your friends, it will be very convenient for you, since you can all enjoy together. The toilet facilities need some regular maintenance.

Great location, near the beautiful Alikas beach. The room was cleaned, the sheets and towels were changed every third day of the stay. The staff is friendly and kind. The kitchen has everything you need. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. Will come back for sure.

Huge terrase with a stunning view, perfect for families with small children. Every two days room cleaning with all shits and towels new. Two magnificent beaches 150m from Demi, but Alikes is a paradise in Greece. Many thanks for hospitality..

It was very clean, they changed our towels every day. The location is perfect, only 2 min walk from the best beach Alikes. The view from the terrace was WOW, I realy enjoyed drinking coffee every morning with that beautiful view. Very nice stuff and in general very nice, calm and positive people in Ammouliani. We will come back for sure!😊

The bathroom and the small kitchen in the room could be better. They are a little old. It is kinda weird that at the end of our stay we have to throw away the garbage from the room.

The location is perfect! We had an amazing sea view! The staff is kind, the room was big with big and nice beds. We had a very nice holiday! It was not our first time there and definetely won't be the last :)

That view from the terrace says more than words. We have already been here in previous years and we will definitely come again!The sea is clean, without waves, the property is super clean, parking is provided. The 360 view from the property is phenomenal.

Shower is rather small, without curtain or glass to contain the water, thus the whole bathroom/toilet gets wet. Warm water can be unreliable. Some of the grills are placed too close to the rooms.

Great location with views at the sea on all sides. Comfortable beds and memory foam pillows. Lots of space for and common amenities.

The glass brick dividers between suites may look cool, but not really making you feel private - everyone around you can see you. The bathroom could have been roomier and the shower could have been isolated with some sort of curtain or shower cabin - now when you take a shower the water splashes everywhere and since the floor is not very well leveled the water does not go into the drain. So next time you need to use the toilet you have to step into a puddle of water. An electric kettle would have been a nice addition.

Very conveniently located between of the best Ammouliani beaches. The view is breathtaking, one can wake up to it every morning for the rest of your life. The room itself is very well, beds are of queen size. The air conditioner was enough to cool down the room in the hot weather. The cleanliness was topmost. The supplied bed lines were great too.

The view was magnificent and so was the terrace! The room was vast and had all necessary equipment. The staff were friendly and very nice. The beds were comfortable.
