It is in serious need of updating. It's very shabby! Everything from light fittings to carpets needs renewing. I hope it gets the makeover it needs or it will surely close down. Its a wonderful building and the hotel lobby really is a stunning space

No ‘bum gun’ in the toilet. Very bad! No flexible shower hose. Hard beds. Swimming pool used by loud swimming teacher shouting at the children so no peace and quiet for the guests

There was no porter to greet us. There was a mix up with the paid breakfast which they said wasn't included which it was. The bathrooms need replacing. Needs new carpets and decorating. Needs new car parking covers. There was a cover on a pipe in the swimming pool missing and a boy staying with us cut his foot on it.

We've been staying at this hotel for nearly 20years. I love this hotel but it is in dire need of refurbishment. Nothing has been done to it for years. It used to have a lot of facilities ie 2x nightclubs, massage. It has gone downhill and needs a lot of money spent on it. The rooms are nice and big and the pool is nice.

Location was easy access by car once you know the roads. Swimming pool was my main reason to choose this hotel. Pool was very good attraction. Other facilities nearby such as laundry, restaurants and hypermarket nearby.. so good

There was humidity in the bedroom and in the bathroom, mold could be observed on the walls. Mold can have a negative impact on health. Better amenities, such as a coffee machine for fresh coffee and access to fresh milk, as well as a wider variety of food options, would be appreciated.

The beds were small and lumpy. The staff never cleaned our room or restocked the free water, I had to ask for new towels myself.

The swimming pool was amazing. The AC was cold, quiet and consistent and the shower had great pressure with hot water.

There was nothing I didn’t like. I appreciate that this Covid crisis has hit the hotel business very hard and it’s difficult for these places to make ends meet. The staff were brilliant throughout.

A little dated and needs some up dating but I understand post covid issues and wish them well. Tea & coffee facilities would have been nice.

The central A/C pumped insecticide into my room (really!). They were treating pests in the kitchen and somehow it got into the A/C too. Construction noises disturbed my rest and my breakfast. I had to change hotels to avoid being poisoned.

When the kitchen was closed, the breakfast was not as good as it once was.

It is being renovated and has many problems. I left after I discovered insecticide in my room from central a/c. Wifi was up and down. Many other issues. Don't go until renovations complete.

It's a pitty the hotel has been neglected for many years the room is very basic. The tv was very small and outdated. The Loddy was very dark and gloomy. The breakfast was very very basic and the room was dated and the roof was under repair..Housekeeping was poor we left in the morning and arrived late in the afternoon the room was not done we had to make a call to get it tidy.The hotel has potential if they spend money. As it was the only choice glad it was only 2 nights. Don't expect much

Read my first comment, everyting excepted your staff was good

Breakfast was so so, the place was durty not clean, dusty around the food table, in my first room the bath tub was terrible , the tub has been repaint and the paint was come off and it dangerous to cut my skin and the paint was blocking the water drain. The bed was old and not confotable, when i asking to change room, they said ok but , the only difference was the tub was not loosing paint. The sealing paint was dommage. The pool the lather step was broken, no one offer me pool towel. Outside when i was walking in , i was scare to received some piece from the wall side top, i have to walk in the car driveway to be safe. In the basment every thing was close, no service in the basement. The pool area chaire was old... I m not impress about your hotel, but the staff was all good, you need to investing a lot of money in the place, to renovated and get more employe to clean the dust in food place, .. i will not recommande your hotel if you still offering bad room like this, the eggs already cook was cold and saussage meat was so so... your employe are nice people and polite, the problem is you need to investing if you like tourist to go at your place. Your lucky to have the meeting room , but this people don t use your poor room i guest... I hope my comment will help for your futur tourist people...
