The music at the beach could have been more 'chill' style with less beats, but that's only our taste 😉

Beautiful place, excellent breakfast, extremely friendly staff. We had a room on the upper floors with sea view, which was very nice. Relaxed time at the beach. We were very happy to have stayed there. An extra note has to be made on the beds - they were so cosy, it was difficult to get out.

We had a misalignment for the dog. There are no additional fees for a dog applied on booking, however upon arriving we got info for a one time 100e deep clean fee for the dog + 20e for stay per night. Additionally the dogs are not welcomed on the beach, in the restaurants(outside and inside). Honestly not really friendly ( I have been to a lot of ‘pet friendly’ places and never have I seen this much restrictions and fees) HOWEVER, since I was not informed for this on booking, hotel managment stepped up and didn’t applied the fees. They were kind enough to upgrade our stay as well. Great professionalism on their end. Still the dog wasn’t able to move around and we had to either stay by the pool or leave her in the room. I wish there was netflix or something on the TV.

We arrived on 1st of May on the opening day, upon renovation. We really liked the rooms( bungalows to be more precise). Everything was shiny clean and brand new, minimalistic and modern, and staff were really friendly and helpful. The beach was really nice and clean. Breakfast was amazing with a vast diversity of food. The hotel gives a thropical vibe, has an outdoor gym with a sea view that was amazing for a morning workout.

Not available sport channels to see football (league of champions). TV has not installed YouTube/ Netflix/ AppleTV, etc.

Good hotel with excellent service. Beach entrance good with small pebbles. Available outdoor parking. Very near to center of Hanioti village. Half board was good, every day menu different.

The beach restaurant closes at 16:00, which gives you no option other than the buffet in the main building. The buffet is plenty but could be better as some dishes have been cold while the needed to be warm, sometimes the indications are completely off. We had porck meat indicated as safran chicken. as an example.

Beach and facilities very good, staff was very helpful and sincere not as a performance. The design is very open and modern, and will improve as we were told the renovation will start next week.

Biggest issue was that you could hear noise from the next door bedrooms and the bedroom above. Room was fine but pretty basic. Bathroom smelt of damp at the start of the holiday. Drinks and food considerably higher than restaurants and bars in the town.

Room a bit too small considering the price. Beach and swimming pool is quite overcrowded. If you not up at 08:00, not a single chance to catch a free sunbed at the pool area.

Everything was excellent!! Breakfast was the best. Everyday a lot of choices. Staff was very friendly and helpful all the time. I like when we were greeted at the front door with staff members and they took care of our luggage and took the time to talk to us about the Hitel and our stay.

The a la carte restaurant of the hotel could have a few more options. Although the food was really nice, it would be great if the menu had a few more choices and if it was not just limited to Japanese cuisine for dinner.

Beautiful rooms and communal area. The beach right in front of the hotel was also really beautiful. The staff were nice and helpful. Food was delicious.

The car park was not easy to get in and out of. Once you parked the car, you questioned whether you wanted to get it out again… sometimes you had to park at another section, around the corner The room we were in was rather ordinary, not worth what they charge. The sun beds were also made available to non hotel patrons (as long as they bought something) which was frustrating because we were a large group and couldn’t always sit together. Brought it to the attention of management but they denied this was an issue.

Clean, modern, large , liked that the car park was controlled by a person most of the day.

The reasons I did not put a note of 9 or 10 are that some services/facilities did not correspond to a 5 stars hotel: (1) breakfast and drinks/cocktails served on the pool/beach, (2) some members of the staff were quite inexperienced and (3) room facilities not well maintained - the shower was flooding.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The facilities are exactly as advertised in the photos. The pool and beach areas were exceptional. There are sufficient sunbeds in both areas. The beach is clean and the Aegean sea water is crystal clear. We also had the chance to get an upgrade to superior level rooms (bungalows).

Lack of diversity in food at the beach bar and the restaurant.

Staffs only priority was to make sure that every guests needs were met immediately if not sooner. Very Zen atmosphere. Property is VERY Clean and beds are extremely comfortable.

The gardener was cutting the grass all the time and made noise.

I loved the room we selected, its privacy and the fact that you don’t have to think of getting early to reserve the sun-beds, as they were in front of the room. We were going to the sea and returning to our own sun-beds.
