Stayed in the luxury villas and just wow it was so beautiful. Loved the personal pool and rooms were simply stunning. Staff were exceptional and facilities were top notch.

We didn’t have the best first impression as we arrived very late and had very little welcome. Our room wasn’t ideal but they changed it by the afternoon the following day.

The place was like a paradise in many ways, it was calm well put together, and the team were extremely good at caring for any needs we had. Dimitri, the manager, was the great, accommodating, and very attentive. His attention to detail was extremely good. There were other members of the team who were especially kind; Katrina and Natalia were excellent front of house team and cared for us very well. Dimitris, the Sommelier, was also extremely good at his job and was very kind. The range of different restaurants was great for our week long stay and the food was generally good exceptional.

Everything was perfect.

Our family had the most amazing holiday at Domes of Elounda. What we liked the most is that everything we asked for, from switching the lights on and keeping them on every night on the tennis court to all kind of different requests at the beach area, the staff would accommodate with the smile on their faces. The culture that exists at the Domes from the general manager George, Lena through all ranks down is a top notch . We cannot recommend enough this place . Keep the good work up and looking forward to coming again.

Pools a little bit cold but it was October after all. Buffet restaurant was not as good as the others, food was repetitive and of a lower standard.

Loved the property, truly spectacular all around family vacation. Large resort with several restaurants, teens club, gym, tennis court, nice beach, pool etc. Everything was clean, fun to drive around in the buggies. Beautiful rooms with big pool. Liked the stylish decor. Haute living a great plus. Views from hotel on Spinalonga are magical. Visit of the island very interesting. Very friendly and extremely accommodating staff.

Honestly, nothing

First and foremost it is the daily friendliness and welcoming attitude of all the staff at the hotel Facilities were great for all members of the family, from the pools, to the beach, to the gym and the games room for the kids. The variety and quality of the food was also a pleasant surprise

Nothing I liked everything.

The breakfast was excellent and varied and spacing of tables was good. The food overall across whole resort was incredible and tasty. The cleanliness and upkeep was amazing and the staff friendly but struggled with conversation away from the basic requests. Beautiful resort would love to return.

We would have liked more kids friendly activities/ play spaces. The kids club is only available if you leave your children which I didn’t want to do on vacation ( they’re in school during the year) There are also no slides or fountains for the kids at the pool. Even just a small statue that spits water would be great. Also the incline to the beach is unbearable with kids and accessories in tow

The rooms were gorgeous, almost as gorgeous as the view. One of the most gorgeous and scenic views I have ever seen. The staff could not have been more friendly. From the Guest Relations Staff, particularly Ina, to the absolutely lovely, helpful and service oriented house keeping staff. Special shout out to the restaurant workers who dealt with everything with a smile.

Cost of the mineral water - but a pretty minor thing!

From the minute we arrived felt really well looked after. Everything about Domes was super comfortable, loved the good, buffet was great and ended up spending most of the day on the beach. Even during peak season no problem getting a sunbed and beautiful clean beach. Brian looked after us very well.

Quite far from towns for family walk but a quick taxi journey

The facilities and the resort. Well spaced, loved Core and kids bubbles show. Haute Living was an great extra for food and drink. Beach bar was lovely Plaka worth a visit

If I’m to be picky we had a few issues with the safe and ac but they were dealt with really quickly and without fuss.

Perfect location, comfortable rooms and incredible staff especially Noukry (Beach Bar Manager) Eleni, (beach) and Costas (Domes main bar) they were just perfect hosts. We really enjoyed our stay and we WILL be back if they will have us back 😂

beautiful clean updated pools beach. they upgraded us to a luxury villa. we had a sort of family reunion it was great both for the kids and adults. I would definitely go back. the setting is gorgeous. staff is great. facilities are top notch

Our hot tub didn't work and the pools were freezing cold. The kids pool should have been heated at the very least.

for the baby/kids food there could be a bigger selection. it would have been good to have always offered plain pasta and plain boiled/steamed veg without oil and butter. there was a 7 euro Prosecco which was horrid and a 25 euro glass of champagne and nothing in between. would have like a nice cava or cremant. our hot tub was cold for 4 days. there were ants in our room but this was resolved very quickly. the on site restaurants (other than the included buffet) are expensive.

really fab staff that bent over backwards to accommodate our baby who is dairy intolerant. We were stunned that they had bought him special yoghurt and spreads. the baby cot was excellent with a proper mattress. food was pretty good. some days excellent and some days average. the one bedroom set up was just amazing so we could put our baby to bed in the lounge and then not have to worry about using the bathroom/ watching tv/ being out on the patio.

Everything was perfect, we will defenitely come again. If you like a view, chose a room with sea view, it's defenitely worth the money.The garden view rooms are not as nice.

We absolutely loved our stay. The staff is very friendly and service minded. Surroundings are beautiful, view is spectacular, plenty of ammenities, beautiful tenniscourt, pilates on the beach, nice heated pool, good choice of restaurants. Nice, spacious rooms with an outdoor jacuzzi.

A little more thought for our baby. Some grass, some soft food (had to peal of grilled fish to get to soft inside. On Monday we had nice soft fish :) A little on the expensive side :(
