Very nicely located close to town and quiet area. Amazing lake view, nice breakfast, comfy beds. I wish a had the time to visit the spa but our stay was short.

Some facilities while well maintained they could be restored with new ones (eg some furniture or the room carpet), though probably you may not notice it at all.

It is the best and most famous hotel of the region and I could easily understand the reason. The staff was really friendly and helpful while the classic hotel atmosphere makes you feel welcomed and relaxed. I really appreciate such hotels that contribute in the festive atmosphere

The coffee would have tasted better with milk rather than long life evaporated cream. It's a bit of a hike to the town - but that means it is quiet, and has a great lake front view.

Fabulous breakfast!! We didn't need lunch after that. There were unlimited quantities of fresh fruit, juices, cereals, pastries and full english. The pool is very good and was very quiet when we visited. The overall value for money was excellent.

Excellent hotel and WOW what a surprise Ioanninia is!! This was a last-minute light stop for us after visiting Vikos Gorge. Its peak season so prices are high but we are glad to stay here. If you visit Ioanninia do yourself and favour and have dinner in town at a restaurant called Το μαγαζάκι που λέγαμε (don't know what it is in English) this restaurant is amazing and makes your visit to Ioanninia one you will not forget. The beds in hotel are amazing and comfortable. we had issues with our aircon and couldn't work it out but it wasn't a really hot night. Parking is outside the hotel, not actually on the property but its safe area and ample parking. Our large van 6m long and 2m high had no issues. We had a lovely view of the pool and lakes and did lots of bike riding along the lake to the old town and around the fortification. plenty of riding in the area. amazing foodie town, a really funky vibe, very different from the rest of Greece....very cosmopolitan European vibe.
