The moment we arrived we were met with friendly faces and great service. Everyone made sure we were having a great time always. They even packed us a lunch since our flight was at 6am and we had to drive for an hour to the airport. Appreciated the attention to detail and the good was amazing as well.

The hot tub was absolutely cold when we arrived and took 3 hours to warm up. I had been so looking forward to the outdoor hot tub. The staff was very apologetic and offered free drinks to us for the inconvenience. That was nice.

My room was nice but smelled a little musty. The Platinum suite. The restaurant and staff were fantastic. The bed was comfy and the outdoor patio was and very nice.

Room could've done with more clothes storage space. Was a bit of a faff to reserve sunbeds on the beach, as not always available due to hiring them out to non residents.

Fantastic room with own terrace and hot tub. All staff were fantastic but especially in the restaurant at breakfast. Breakfast was very generous and of a really high standard. Great position with an easy walk into the old town

The staff were a little overbearing, insisting on talking to us for 40 minutes (showing us the room features, making us sign lots of papers, asking lots of unrelated questions) before we were able to actually have the rooms. We had just come from a long hike and were eager to shower and eat, so it was a little strange. Also we had to get into the car if we wanted to go to something that wasn’t part of the long tourist strip of beach. Other than that everything was great!

Beautiful rooms, awesome to have the outdoor jacuzzis, we spent almost all of our time in Rethymno out on the terrace just relaxing to the sounds of the ocean. It was gorgeous and there are so many exquisite details. Breakfast was also fantastic with tons of choices for all tasted and more than enough food to cover both breakfast and lunch - we weren’t hungry again until dinner!

While the location at the beach is nice and the service at the beach is great, I think rethymnon (beach) has better areas. However, given that it is just a 15 min walk into the city or other parts of the beach, that's not a big deal. Also the dinner was good but not great. However, both points are minor details and I definitely recommend to stay here!

First of all, the staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The room design is tasteful and modern. The hotel's location is very convenient, with the beach just across the street. The hotel provides its own sunbeds, which you can reserve in advance for free. They also offer a beach service where you can order drinks and food from the menu. The hotel's restaurant, 'Magma,' has its own lounge area and offers a delightful menu. For breakfast, you can enjoy a generous buffet, and in addition, you can choose two dishes and two drinks from the menu. The food, including breakfast, dinner, and the small beachside lunches, is undoubtedly among the best in Rethymno. The quality and taste of the food are excellent. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and hope to have the opportunity to visit again someday.

An iron would be nice, since the room had everything - except an iron. Although, when i asked front desk for an iron they brought it to our room.

Breakfast was super, amazingly great!! Shower was wonderful, we also had a hot tub in our Terrace and another hot tub inside the spacious room. Bed is super confortable and very big. I guess we had a king bed. We had a complimentary water bottle daily . Also had a complimentary bottle of wine on our first night! Overall we were so happy with this hotel. Staff so kind and helpful. No parking inside but we did not have too much trouble to find parking nearby on the street.

The location isn’t very pretty, but you have beach access and you are a 15 min walk to the old town of Rethymno. And inside the hotel you are in an oasis of beauty and tranquility.

We loved everything about the hotel! The room was amazing with a beautiful view and excellent facilities. The food (both breakfast and evening) was delicious and varied. The staff were incredible and couldn't do enough fir us. The private section beach is the best along the whole strip.
