An amazing boutique hotel in every meaning of the word. The staff very helpful and welcoming. Rooms, were perfect. Location amazing right on the ocean, could hear the waves from our room. Private beach great service and good food. The breakfast very tasty and large selection. The beds were the best ever!! Near Rythminon, a nice walk along the beach to old town a busteling lively and fun place to spend the evening. Thanx DYO Second time there and will return.

Everything was just perfect! The staff was really kind and helpfull! They explained everything, and helped with the other thing, such as space in the beach, etc. The room with a view and hot tub on the roof was perfect!!! Good sound isolation! wonderful architecture!

Unbelievable breakfast, choose from the menu and it was brought to our room (choice between room service or table breakfast). Service was really good starting from the receptionist, waiters, cleaning... had a direct sea view, amazing! Location is perfect, rather quiet, city center accessible by foot, sandy beach just cross the street. Rooms are quiet, big enough, modeen designed, everything worked. Happy to book it again!

This is amazing hotel. With super good price. Amazing luxury style apartment. With huge balcony and sea view. Big jacuzzi on balcony, you can have breakfast delivery to your balcony without charge. Brilliant interior design. Just wow for the whole experience. Breakfast is amazing, fancy breakfast with high standard. Staffs are nice and helpful

I personally think this hotel is overpriced. For £150 per night in a small city. I would expect things to be impeccable. The hard facilities are not well maintained. Fitting loosened, cracks, water scale can be seen here and there. The hot tub, which is supposed to be the selling point, has significant water scale. It made you not want to use it at all. Crack at the bottom is also seen. The complimentary wine is well below expectation. It costs less than 3 Euro.

The best part is the breakfast which is cooked to order from the menu. Staff are helpful and very friendly. Close to beach, but it is just like all the hotels along the road. A bit far from old town.

Appallingly managed and the worst value for money - certainly not worth the money they charge during the high season. They can't be classed as an upmarket boutique hotel as they do not provide the corresponding tailor-made service. The breakfast team was attentive and well-run.

No we were not off to a good start we booked this hotel as we had a 5 hour drive to be able to enjoy the hotel the spa and the restaurant but We were not given the seaview room that we booked so we were very tired and upset and decided to not to spend more money there. They changed our room very late as the ac was not working to be able to leave the door open for some air. The next day when we were leaving the hotel the lift was out of order too. When everything is working this hotel can be magnificent due to its location and decor.

The room was dark and very noisy, the room is very close to the main road and therefor it was mostly noisy even in the middle of the night.

The staff was wonderful, extremely helpful, gave us great advise about were to go and arrange a fantastic trip to Samaria gorge.

The room was not as good as we expect, we were on ground floor with sea view only when your are standing in the room, no see view from the bed or terrasse when you are sitted, bubble bath on terrasse also to hot.. The room was really to noisy cause we were in front of the beach and behind the main road.. Terrasse was not so discret as expect also. Not enough dark also in the room. We where here for one night so this probably enter in consideration also for room disposal.. However, reception staff do there best to find solution. Thank you

Food and bar offer really qualitative, nice breakfast and snacks. Staff both in reception and restaurant are really professional and helpful. Thank you for your kindness during our stay.

Due to double booking we didn't get the room we booked and got a little downgrade. Dyo Suites provided us a free dinner as compensation.

Modern designed. The room was clean and comfortable with great view. Although busy traffic down the balcony but still very quiet in the room. The breakfast was great. Very large Portion!

I have traveled a lot and this hotel stood out from all the rest. The staff provided exceptional service, the food was delicious and the physical comforts of the hotel are superlative. In all, I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough and can’t wait to return.

We were asked what time we would arrive to get the hot tub heated. This was an anniversary stay and booked this for the use of balcony hot tub. On arrival it was cold, after having to ask staff they checked it and we were told it would take 20 minutes or heat. 20 minutes passed and still cold and then told it would take a couple of hours. We had dinner and came back and still not warm enough to use. Again informed staff who were dismissive. Food was amazing but night was ruined with how much room cost for the use of that facility and staff showed little regard for this. I had emailed to say is any discount available before I leave an honest review but had no response so don’t expect a good customer service.
