Very clean. Excellent location, relatively quiet, just behind the City Hall, walking distance from Omonoia, Syntagma and Monastiraki stations. Helpful and kind staff, we left very early in the morning (at 4am actually) and they offered to prepare a packed breakfast for us to take away. Room cleaned every day.

Rooms were quite small

This hotel was ideally located to see all the major sites in Athens. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. The friendly staff at the desk were very approachable and helpful. The rooms and shower were lovely and clean. The hotel interior was however dated and could have done with an overall and rooms were quite small. There was no coffee or tea making facilities ( it was a 2 star) but you could order it. Lighting wasn't great.

1. No water kettle to boil water for drinking 2. No free drinking water bottle in the room 3. The free wifi is only provided for 3 devices by default 4. The wifi password is changed every 3 days Despite the few dislikes, I will still love this hotel and recommend for people to stay in this hotel.

We returned from Santorini trip and stayed again for additional 2 nights before returning to my home country. This time we got room 603 and 604 which are better than the previous rooms, 201 and 202. Can see Acropolis at the roof top of this building.

In our room 202, one power point plug location is under the make up table which is not convenient to charge handphone. Another power point plug location is quite high on the wall which is difficult to charge handphone with no right table height to put the handphone while charging. 4. Weak wifi signal in room 202. The location is convenient, right in the center, and you can easily reach everything on foot or by public transportation. The staff is very friendly and helpful, not only giving advices but also ready to help at any moment. During this trip we've been back and forth to Athens a few times, and stayed here every time.

Breakfast was the same on both days. At night, there was noise on the street from service equipment, which is understandable, during the day, due to the lack of accessibility, it would not be possible to work there. This should be considered in busy areas.

The place is excellent, right in the center, you can easily reach everything on foot. The staff is very friendly. I think it's a good choice for the price invested.

The very small shower that had no enclosure but a shower curtain that flops open and wets the bathroom floor. Quite unsafe esp for elderlies like us.
