Great location, great beach and sea view, everything was very clean in the apartment and towels and bed linen were changed every three days. Two nice beach bars to the left and to the right of the apartment, just a few steps from the location. And a mini market just two houses next door. Excellent value for money

Sea is 10m away from you, you have super market near rooms and pedestrian zone is very close too. I recommend this accommodation to everyone who wants a quiet and nice time.

I won't say that everything was perfect, but considering the location of the accommodation and the price... we are simply extremely satisfied. Location: Right on the beach with a view of the sea, in a quiet location. And that's not all. The beach was not overcrowded, there is also a cafe with sunbeds not far from the accommodation. Market a short distance away, or Lidl 2.5 km away. Accommodation: We were on the second floor. We had at our disposal a large double bed and one separate single bed. It is a very good solution as it creates a lot of storage space and also a bit of privacy. As for the kitchen, it is very small, so not for any complicated cooking, but it was enough for us. Salad, toasts or quick pasta is no problem. The bathroom is quite small, but it is not extreme as it was written in some reviews. Air conditioning works well. A spacious balcony with a view and the sound of the sea was excellent. Staff: Very nice and hospitable. They regularly took out the trash or left a bag and toilet paper hanging on the handle.

We were amazed with the location, the view out the window every morning was priceless! but also amazed by the loft itself. The host really made sure we have everything we need and more (we actually thought about bringing a toaster on this trip and we were so happy there was one in the kitchen, that's really rare). Can't recommend this enough, worth every cent.

The apartment was very clean. It has a magnificent view from the balcony. Next to the apartment there's a really nice restaurant, we liked the seafood very much 😊 also there's a small supermarket on the same street. The host was very nice and welcoming. We'll be definitely coming back. I recommend!

Missing kitchen appliances (i.e. pans, pots). The stove is does not get that hot, so if you think about cooking, better keep this in mind.

Amazing location, right on the beach. The prices are fair, the rooms are kept clean and they have an AC. There is a small kitchenette in the room.

The wifi was a bit slow, but that was no big deal for us.

The house is on the beach, you can watch sunrise over the sea every morning, or you can take your coffee/tea and drink it on the beach. Nea Vrasna center and Asprovalta are very close, you can walk there. The apartments are in a very quiet place in Nea Vrasna. The beach in front of the apartments is not crowdy, you can always find sunbeds in first row. We will definitely come back.

The bathroom is small and does not have ventilation, but it’s not a deal breaker.

Clean, comfortable, great location on the beach, just outside of the noisy area of Nea Vrasna. There is a small shop right next to the villa, where we got a few items for breakfast. We loved the beach in front of the villa. The beach is a combination of small rocks and sand, but no special shoes needed.

Wifi was very slow and the balcony facing the mountains were very narrow that the pictures did not show beforehand. Apartments facing the sea had much larger balconies.

Great location, lovely host, rooms were comfortable and clean with relatively modern furnitures. Would come back here again.

The room was small, with the bed in a corner, stuck to the walls, and not so comfortable. The bathroom was very small. If you have more 70kg, you can't turn around. You don't have space to make a shower properly. The air conditioning was very loud and noisy. The kitchenette doesn't have almost any use. Not well equipped. You cannot prepare almost nothing, only cold food. Not even a proper table in the room. The mountain view wasn't a real mountain view. The beach front is "wild"...if you want to sit on a sunbed on the beach, you need to bring your own or to go at other hotels. It's almost outside of Nea Vrasna. If want to go to the restaurant area you need to walk 10-15minutes. If you want to sleep late in the morning you can't..the cleaning staf make a lot of noise starting with 8:00 am. They enter in the room even if you are sleeping. In the hall can't pass two person, it's very strech!
