Our room was nothing like the photos currently shown on the app. The furniture were older and since I'm sensitive to bed bugs I could tell that the bed mattresses were also old as I ended up with several bites at the end.

Staff was friendly and polite. The breakfast was lovely and the location ideal.

The clearners didn’t clean our room daily. Also the pool area could’ve been bigger and the bathroom was really small. Also the balcony was not too advertising.

The location was great and there was everything we needed. it was a peaceful place and the bed was comfortable.

Actually nothing much, but as I have seen similar strategies in some hotels , safety box is not free , you have to pay for it . Cost is not very important , I would suggest that the management should include that fee in the room charge and make it free .. this is what I believe ..

Honestly speaking there are several things that I liked , I had been given a very nice room overlooking to a small parklike area which is at the front of the hotel as seen in the main hotel picture , hotel is not new or newly refurbished but under these circumstances it's perfectly nice . Ok , first of all is the breakfast , I have been in many 5 star hotels but not all of them had such rich , fresh and quality selection of foods with touches of local delicacies . Breakfast is served in large and airy area which I admired untill 11:00 am which is a big plus .. Hotel is very clean with beddings, towels in the rooms and in general cleanness in all public areas . Bed was comfortable and shower was power which I like very much, nice balcony to spend your lazy afternoons and very efficient a/c. . Staff always smiling, even you notice from their eyes as they always wear face masks , they are always there when you need and very friendly to make you feel at home.

The electricity goes off when you leave the room and therefore cannot charge laptops etc.. Lack of plug sockets

We arrived at 03.00 a.m. to the hotel. "Drinks and sandwiches" machine would be nice to be available on lobby area. At least waterbottles for sale.

Location is perfect and the atmosphere is excellent. Apartment is very cozy on the fifth floor with a beautiful view on the street and to the sea. Our warm thanks to reception staff due to changing the upper floor room for us!

The cleanliness was good, but it might be much more better. No parking place near hotel!!! Some staff members should learn the basics of etiquette and communication with visitors, even if they are managers.

very thin walls, you can hear everything that the neighbours do / say - the main disadvantage of this hotel I've stayed in this hotel twice and once I took a room of lower cathegory. The room was more old-school, BUT there were less guests as neighbours so less noise, therefore i even considered this room actually better for me

I think it is important to say that it is not a perfect hotel, but considering the price cathegory (budget) a very good one, so it is unfair to be too picky. Breakfast choice, helpful staff, no noise from outside, nice area in a good location outside of the supercrowded old town

Felt very enclosed with many high rise hotels in close proximity. The bathroom was very small dated and in need of refurbishment. The hotel looks to be in the process of refurbishing the rooms as the public toilets outside the breakfast room were very modern and pleasant.

The sheets and towels in the bedroom were changed every day and were very white and new looking. The breakfast area and swimming pool area were very pleasant along with the reception lobby and outside bar areas. The hotel was close to the beach and a short walk away from a lovely pedestrianised area with restaurants and bars . The harbour and old town were only a 10 minute walk away. There was a good choice at the breakfast buffet.
