We asked for a room with 3 single beds and 2 double beds and they told us it is not available , so we asked for a single mattress and one of the kids slept on it. The pools were not heated, and the water was very cold.

The food was very good , there were many activities for the children, a water slide, Kid's club, Kid's pools, and playground.

I suggest that people carry lotions and devices to protect against mosquito bites.

The overall experience was superb. The staff were very helpful and kind, and the location was excellent. It's highly recommended for families with children, as there are plenty of activities for them. The food was delicious, of high quality, and offered a wide variety of options.

Cola light tasted chemical but this is something I encounter regularly in all-ins/other countries. Bathroom was somewhat small.

Food was nice with enough variety. Kids loved the kids pools and the mini club (a special thanks to Sara), animation team was great (especially Felippo, Frederico and the head animator). Facilities were clean. People didnt leave their towel at the pool but took them even when they only were away for an hour (new policy of the hotel). I would recommend to hire a car at the hotel bc very good price) and go to lindos/kallithea/7springs/rhodos city in this way. In general it is a good all-in (price/quality); people complaining about the food/facilities: this is a very good all-in for this price, if you want every day new, high-end food then i recommend you chose a hotel that asks 1500 EUR more per week

Not so easy to book another room at reception. Restaurants ran out of English Breakfast tea….staff couldn’t find any when requested. Ghost like noise from bathroom pipes in the middle of the night!

Being close to the sea. Excellent sea views. Most staff were very friendly. The entertainment. Easy access to food. Good range of food. Easy to book a room online when my daughter arrived. The weather!

The rooms are not the newest. Especially the bathroom. But we didn’t spend to many times there as we were on the beach.

The personal are very friendly. It is on the beach. There are always free sun beds and umbrellas . Food was excellent.

Good quality price relation. Staff is nice for most of them. The lifeguard is doing a really great job. Animation team is doing his job. Was not overcrowed as in October, can't tell in high season. Great children park.

The hotel is a bit dated. The food areas are overcrowded. There are not many vegetarian tasty options. Had to change the magnetic card many times for my room and there was no shampoo, just body wash, which isn't good enough for a 4 star hotel. Having a beach bag in the room would have been nice, too

The staff were great, helpful and kind. The location was good and the food was mostly tasty. A lot of sweet stuff and cocktail options. The view from the room was beautiful.

Furniture in rooms is a bit outdated as well as the façade of the hotel itself - not a big issue really Beach is pebbly so bring your aqua shoes Those are minor remarks... the only big issue that we had is with the annoying sunbeds booking by throwing a few towels around by (I would say most) of the guests. People were literally waking up in the early hours to reserve spots in the beach AND around pools. By the time breakfast finished it was practically impossible to find an unreserved sunbed around the pools. Management of the hotel is posting messages around the premises but something more adequate should be taken as measure.

We stayed 4 nights in the hotel and I should say it exceeded our expectations. Looking from the outside, the façade of the hotel is rather outdated and does not promise much however interiors of the main area were obviously renovated and were well thought, modern and comfortable. The hotel is mainly visited by families with kids, as we were traveling with our 1-year old daughter I can understand why. There are a lot of amenities for children - several pools, playgrounds, green areas, waterslides, specific food sections, etc. The water on the beach up front is very clean and pleasant, despite the fact that the beach is not really sandy but more like a mix of sand and pebbles. Daily cleaning services throughout the whole resort and in the rooms were well done. Staff are well trained and very kind. We were happy that there was enough staff in any part of the resort if we needed them. What we were really surprised about was the variety and more importantly, quality of the food. There were a lot of options for any preferences. We were pleased to find a "mama's home-made" section, which we found very appropriate for our daughter. We also enjoyed a lot the sea food section and the grill one. I really did not expect to have such different, well cooked and overall quite good fish and sea food options updated on daily basis. I came in skeptical but I must admit I would gladly come back to the hotel.

The pool area should be bigger or even slightly divided. Everyone was at the main pool at the same time, and it was really crowded there when people had swimmingtoys and children were jumping to the pool. Tje evening program was always very late, often until 11 pm. It was also really noisy and not really for children.. One day there was a skill show and we liked it! So we would like to see more that kind of performance than just singing.

Our vacation at the hotel was overall successful. there was enough food, versatile and varied. We usually liked to go to the restaurant downstairs, because the main restaurant was often very noisy. The sea was close and there was enough for the children to do. The service we received at the hotel was friendly.

The shower in our room was too small with a short curtain so the water would fill the bathroom floor after each shower. The buffet at breakfast time should last till 11 o’clock and not 10 since people come here for vacation and would enjoy sleeping late in the morning.

Their private beach is wonderful, they have all the facilities one would like to have, there’s food available at all time and plenty of drinks all day and all night long and in different spots. They put bottles of water every day in the room and they provide the guests with beach towels. They have a mini market in the resort and a bus stop just outside. They offer some fun entertainment for all ages during the day and more activities and shows for kids. There’s a small electronic gaming room and a small gym. We greatly enjoyed the live music at night but too bad it’s not every night, especially Saturday evening.

A bit of noise in the corridor and room keeping was late in the afternoon.

Very spacious room, cleaned very well every day. The food was always good, and the service was even better. Very clean and tidy even tho it was very busy and full of small kids.

Everything was amazing! All staff are brilliant, me and my partner had an amazing holiday! Location is brilliant. We had a really good holiday because of this hotel. We originally booked a different hotel but wasn’t happy at all so we payed for this hotel and I couldn’t of been more happy! Was definitely worth it! X

We stayed in a family room. The air condition was very loud, but not very cool. We couldn't leave the window open since there was a machine humming in the middle of the night. The work of the room maids was very poor!

The staff is always there to provide excellent service. The food is excellent and always available. The hotel offers everything that a club hotel does at a very fair price-performance-ratio!
