I cannot say there was anything I did not like, but as we had half board it was not clear at first what was free or paid. So if this helps in the morning coffee, and juices were free, but later in the day, you had to buy all the drinks in the restaurant. Pool next to the restaurant was meant only for adults, but there were options for the kids in other pools.

The best hotel I have ever been. The staff was just amazing, they did everything to make all the guests feel welcome. The hotel itself looked amazing - I totally fell in love with the place and if I ever travel back to Crete it would be my first choice to stay again. The food was amazing and wide selection (also there was food that kids loved), and the pools were warm and clean. The room was 3 floored, 55 m2 - all was nice and working. I highly recommend it. The seaside was not so close that you could walk so easily (hotel offered also paid transfer), but if you have car it was 5 min drive. City that it was close to was beautiful and many family activities were 10-20 minutes drive away. I am very happy that I had pleasure to stay there for 5 days.

Very beautuful place, built in different levels. Comfortable rooms, ,excellent cleaning, food is fantastic - varies every day and very special. Heated pools make a difference and are very pleasant. The staff is very helpful.

No labels for food (at least hot, with alcohol, vegetarian...), complicated check-in procedure requiring installation of a specific application to cell phone, small parking place, very soft mattress, expensive beer.

The hot tub at the balcony was not working because of water temperature problems during all of our stay and it was very disappointing .

We arrived at the resort entrance and the stuff welcomed us with a refreshment kit for us to calm down after the flight and drive (: it was amazing and necessary 😀 Until the last minute everyone was super kind and gave us a lovely service ❤️ We will be back for sure!

Although I have a lot of good things to say, there were a few things that slightly detracted from our experience. *We booked a suite with a jacuzzi, we paid a higher price for it. Unfortunately, it did not work throughout our stay and they were not able to fix it, The water was freezing. The compensation we received is a 30 percent discount on the next order (We asked to change rooms but there was no option) We were with small children and we booked this room to enjoy the jacuzzi in front of the sea view, while they slept..Unfortunately we looked at a huge and beautiful jacuzzi, without any possibility to enter it. The solution to such a situation is to check each room before the guests enter and make sure everything is working properly, this would have prevented any unpleasantness (I am attaching a picture from the jacuzzi and the view) *The design of the room is stunning, the problem is that it is impractical. For example, the bed stood on a A kind of stage... We and the kids - kept getting stuck on this step and getting injured. The kids fell out of it and so did we. This stage is absolutely unnecessary 😅. *The last thing, which could have greatly improved the experience, is the option to completely darken the light. There are several windows in the room that cannot be darkened and light comes in early in the morning. But you can find creative ways to darken, we put pillows and it helped, so that can be managed. *It is important to note, they do take responsibility for what is possible from their side - On the second day of our arrival, we discovered that there was no hot water in the shower, it took them about half an hour to fix the problem, and for that the hotel sent us a compensation - dinner and luxury wine during the meal, which was very nice of them and it definitely improved the feeling. So although not everything was perfect, we recommend this place

The place is beautiful, everything is amazingly designed, the pools are beautiful, the service exceeded all expectations, there was delicious food, delicious desserts, they gave a feeling of royalty and excellent and personal treatment. They made sure to compensate us as soon as there was a problem with hot water in the shower. There is a great gym, a pool for children, a breathtaking view. Huge bed in the room. We arrived very late and they made sure to bring us food and accompany us to the room, brought all our belongings to the room. There was a stunning bath in the room that overlooked the view. Huge sunbed on a large balcony. The breakfast is varied and the dinner is special and delicious. Thank you!

Nothing really. If I could have stayed 3 more days I world have! One suggestion would be to also give complimentary water left in all the room fridges on tables at lunch and dinner.

It’s so beautifully designed with stunning views of the island and the sea. You can see how much effort has gone into creating a sense of calm for the guests. The staff are warm, friendly and super helpful. The hotel is family friendly and all the outdoor pools are heated which rarely happens in Crete. The food is truly Mediterranean and thoughtfully made. The desserts were awesome and were like works of art. It felt like eating out when we had dinner there.

The only thing worth mentioning is the lack of modern outlets that support USB-A/USB-C, but that can be remedied with appropriate adapters.

The amenities were plentiful, from multiple pools, to a gym, to a spa (not used, but it’s late in the season for this review). *Would provide photos, but videos mostly taken of the resort.

I will try to be realistic , I work in hospitality and I know what and how much means a review for a serious business…beautiful resort, location, cleanliness, facilities, staff I would say 5 stars and I mean it, if you want a beautiful experience then this is what are you looking for ! But as everything in this world isn’t perfect…I called the resort to let them know we will be later than we expected , our flight been delayed and they been lovely arranging a airport transfer for us, we been expected even was late with a small cold buffet for dinner more than we expected; at check in the receptionist , a lovely , lovely lady Felicia had made the effort to speak with us in our native language, my wife doesn’t speak English and Mrs. Felicia has been amazing , we been informed we received a upgraded room instead of room, private pool, inland view etc. , a room with private pool sea view etc. , … we didn’t plan on spending much time in resort we wanted to visit the island to see as much was possible from, now the “ let down “ part , the room was gorgeous , clean , bright but it was a weird smell of cleaning products and not sure what else so on our stay we kept the windows and terrace door open for fresh air otherwise we wouldn’t be able to sleep there also sea view for us been actually street view and not much privacy ; on let down chapter we have got half board and if the breakfast was perfect on dinner I would say apart of cold buffet which was absolutely perfect almost everything what was hot ( stew, chicken, pork , etc)quite bland and taste less.

The only negative for me was the pillows in the room weren't to my liking so made for a slightly uncomfortable sleep a few nights, bed itself was really comfy. Oh and our private pool seemed to get hotter and hotter everyday to the point we thought there may be a slight malfunction with it cause by the last two days it was almost to hot/ uncomfortably so. But as previously mentioned we did also enjoy using the adults quiet pool occasionally.

We loved our whole stay from the minute we got to the hotel, the girls at reception were lovely and made checking in very easy we were actually 2 hours early for check in but luckily our room was ready after a short wait while we had a welcome drink and filled in the paperwork. We were provided with an itinerary of trips that the hotel offered or would book for you which was a helpful touch. I booked us a room with a private pool which we definitely enjoyed we split our time between ours and the adults quiet pool, it was nice having the pools heated as the weather was a little hit and miss being near the end of season. The room was spacious and clean, we had a fridge which we stored drinks and snacks in Recommend the shop/bakery next door made for a delicious and cheap lunch when we didn't want to eat anything too big or venture far. The location of the hotel was perfect for us the village is directly to the left There were enough bars, restaurants and little shops to keep us occupied for our evening meals ect as we just stuck with bed and breakfast at the hotel. You can also walk down into the town if you prefer but it's definitely a trek to come back up the hill we only ventured there one night as the village was plenty enough for me and my sister. We want to thank the hotel staff for making our birthday special, they even brought us a cake made by their chefs which was a really nice touch!. I'm only sorry I didn't get the staff members names to mention them individually, the girls that worked breakfast everyday and remembered our drinks orders and would just grab us iced coffee, the new Zealand girl who was bartending at the adults pool bar and tailored drinks to us and gave recommendations for drinks, and generally just had a nice conversation and gab about life 😊 and again to your wonderful reception staff always smiling and helpful. Your staff are a total asset to the hotel and just made everything that little extra special.
