Well, even though the anti-mosquito nets on doors and windows were provided, these nets were in bad shape and torn at certain places. We had to fight mosquitos all the time. The room has air conditioning designed with a central cooling system, with air ducts placed on the ceiling. Probably these air ducts also enabled an extra entrance for mosquitos as well. In this part of the year, early and mid September, daily temperatures were up to 28 C max, and the air conditioning did not need to operate.

The view from the room was excellent. The breakfast was very good. The room was always clean, with everything working properly. Although it was at the top of the stairs, when you reach it, you have the pleasure of a fantastic view of the port and city.

Needed attention to detail e.g. safe and bedside light not working and not fixed. Bathroom tired with wobbly sink tap and incomplete shower fittings. Hole in bug screen in bathroom. Inconsistent supply of shampoo and bath (not shower!). Bed sheets sometimes appeared to be too small and came untucked. Breakfast relied on quantity rather than quality and lacked variety. Most staff were friendly and helpful which only served to show up the offhand attitude of a few others. Every room is up at least one flight of stone stairs and generally more. Definitely NOT recommended for those with mobility issues and/or heavy luggage.

The parking lot is very small, only 4 - 5 cars can be parked, but that doesn't seem like a problem, because one can park the car outside of the lot.

The hotel is very nice, right in the center of Syvota, rooms are spacious, clean, with all the necessary amenities, breakfast is good and tasteful, and the restaurant has large terrace right above the sea, and they serve fresh sea food.

The uphill layout of the rooms is a bit challenging towards the rooms at the highest levels. Lack of adequate parking was also a problem. The wifi strength was marginal.

Very convenient location in a busy vacation town, but away enough from the crowd noise. Excellent breakfast. The views from the window were amazing. Clean room, comfortable bed.

The facilities need a bit of renovation but overall it's ok. There is no really parking. Across the street, you may find but in August when I went it's a coin toss. Value for money in August I think it was overpriced.

WiFi was barely usable, don't count on having it. The hotel parking does exist (see the image), but only for 8 average-sized cars, so someone will block you or you will block someone's car when the parking is full. If there's a larger SUV, it can take up 3 spots, and you need to park on a very steep street across the hotel. The bathroom needs renovation, especially the shower amenities. Chair seats on our terrace were broken, but usable. If you like to sleep with an open window, be prepared for some noise from the cafes and streets nearby - nothing overly distracting, but it is there.

The location of the hotel is perfect, located just next to the Syvota marina, it is extremely convenient to walk down to the center. The view from our room was great, overlooking the sea and the marina, and the mountains a bit further away (see the image). The breakfast is pretty solid and has all the expected meals for a 3-star hotel - we always had breakfast outside, on a lovely terrace overlooking the bay. The room is big and exceptionally clean - towels were changed daily, which was a nice surprise.

Our bathroom needed renovation. In addition the drainage was blocked causing the whole bathroom to fill up with water after shower. The staff response was not appropriate. Although private parking was advertised, it was unorganized, full at times and we were advised to avoid it.

Not enough parking place. Although my room reservation was partial sea view, the view of the room we stayed (308) was basically inland and was near the road.

Noisy from the bar right next door, many stairs to the room, no dedicated hotel Parking available so we had to find another spot near the hotel which was not easily accessible due to the road being uphill/downhill.

Very nice location, right in the heart of Sivota. The cleaning ladies were very kind and the breakfast and the personnel were very nice too.

No wi-fi in the rooms is kind of unforgiveable at that price. One of the members of staff - the lady with short grey hair was very stern and unfriendly.

Angeliki was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was great and the view was amazing. Breakfast was good too.
