Great staff. Elvyra and the crew did everything to accomodate us. Hotel is a bit rusty, but spacious with very friendly staff and super good internet & hot water!!! Hotel is right on the beach and sea front. I wish you will be able to fix the terrace the sea storm has impacted a bit. Thank you and good luck to start a new season!

The information on the Booking.com website was not accruate. The beach is 40 mtrs away but the one pictured no longer exists. The centre of Ag Andreas is only 300 metres not 1.1 miles. Could do with an upgrade.

Cleaning can be improved. Nervertheless the bedsheets looked pretty clean with the exception of one pillow which seemed to have cat hair on it it. Luckily we had a spare.

The rooms are very basic which is as expected but are in need of full refurbishment especially the bathrooms. We changed rooms after one night as there was water running down the wall from the cistern (it was on the wall). The second room also had a leak we think from the shower tray and the toilet was glued together. We didn’t change rooms just kept the mat on the floor.

The hotel is in a lovely location. There are sun beds which are free to use and a beautiful swimming pool. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good, typical Greek, fresh bread, meats, pastries, fruit, eggs etc. The hotel also has a taverna serving Greek food which was very nice, freshly cooked, the salads and club sandwiches are great. Demetrius was available for drinks all day and evening. A very short stroll along the beach brings you to the pretty harbour.

The beds were not the most comfortable as the mattresses were quite firm but this is a minor complaint.

Lovely location, the staff were warm and friendly, the breakfast and evening meals were excellent. As well as the private beach, the pool was a great facility to have and wasn’t too busy. Air con in the rooms meant we were very comfortable even in the heat. We loved the resident cats and watching the swallows dipping into the pool in the afternoon.

Some little things (extremely weak wifi, other people's stuff still being in the room, doors that didn't open very well, a sticky shower curtain with fungus on it, dirt under the bed, moving toilet seats...) made our stay less comfortable than expected. We felt like the hotel could offer a better experience with some slight changes e.g. more shade in the breakfast area and some chairs on the shared terraces. The parking lot was a bit crowded at times and it was hard to find (invent) a spot. The hotel is situated on a main road. The restaurants are nearby in the village but the road might be dangerous to use when it is dark.

The pool was great, the breakfast was very nice and the staff was friendly. The airco worked well!

Lovely people run this and everything is spotlessly clean. Nice swimming pool and ocean to choose from. Good sized room and great breakfast. Yes, this is an older hotel but everything works, all amenities are there and including breakfast the price is an absolute steal.

Although my stay was brief, it was truly rejuvenating. The quality of sleep was exceptional, thanks to the cozy bed and tranquil atmosphere. Great hotel, with spotless rooms in a good location. The charming town of Koroni was just 12km away, while Kalamata Airport was 30km away. Free Wi-Fi and parking were available on hotel and made our stay more convenient and enjoyable.

At Francisco, they're treated us like kings and queens. By the hotel complimentary sun loungers and umbrellas both at the poolside and on the beach, right in front of the hotel. Additionally, a seaside bar had refreshing drinks and light snacks. Within walking distance, seaside cafes, restaurants and a supermarket was the best choice if someone wants to buy something extra.

The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our entire stay. The rooms were bright and airy, equipped with everything we needed including air conditioning, a private balcony, TV, mini-fridge and private bathroom with a refreshing shower. Staying at Francisco was an absolute delight! It felt like home away from home, and I can't wait to return!

The beach. It looks nothing like the pictures of a sandy beach with rows of sunbeds. Last winter the storms removed most of the beach and all that remains is a yard of gritty sand and and debret washed up from the sea. The hotel is now called Francisco Hotel NOT Francisco Beach Hotel. They really should notify Booking. com of these changes or people will go their and be very disappointed Also the town seems to shut down in September. It is a Hotel with 33 rooms and only 5 seemed to be occupied. Similarly the restaurants around the lovely harbour were almost empty. None of this is the fault of the Hotel but they do need to clearer about the Hotel facilities.

The hotel needs refurbishing as does the pool. It was too quiet for my liking during the day. It has all the potential to be a nice beach bar but, with no music or staff to prepare drinks, it is just empty as people go elsewhere.

The staff were friendly. The beach was pleasant, with a nice view. The hotel was quiet. It is good for people who want a cheaper base to visit the surrounding region. Breakfast was ok.
