Location was awesome, had everything you needed in the apartment. Free access to a washing machine and a drying rack on the balcony! Coffee was complimentary, the air conditioning worked well- it was a great apartment. The bed had a firm mattress, but that is really just a matter of personal preference. The host was very friendly and kind.

Everything about the property was excellent! We had a very peaceful stay with my family. It was very stylish, comfortable and perfectly clean. The location is very close to everything at the city centre. The staff was very kind and helpful with everything. I would so much like to come back to Chios and stay here again!

Everything was perfect.

The apartment is located in the middle of Chios Castle, one of the buildings in the best shape in the area. Nice decoration, attention to details, very clean and comfortable. Excellent host and very good location, a few minutes walk to the port and to the city centre. I highly recommend this apartment for a short or a long stay.

Me and my husband stayed there for 4 nights. The location is perfect, just behind the center. Room was clean and big. Houseware and kitchenware was in good condition. The owner is so friendly and lovely. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks for everything. We would choose this place without any doubt if we visit Chios again.

If you come to Chios by ferry, arriving at 4 am as we did, this is perfect. We booked for the previous night too, and Maria met us and let us in, at 4.15 am! It's a great location, only five minutes from the ferry, and very quiet.

Really beautiful and charming place - lovely interior spaces, well furnished and decorated, in a cool building. Location is super convenient to the harbor in general and especially the ferry. I arrived in town late in the evening and they waited right outside the building to meet me and show me to the room! I had a great stay here and would definitely recommend it.

No plug- in point for charging next to bed- except for light. Could do with stronger lights, especially on the right side of the bed..

A lovely interior space, open plan, very spacious, with interconnecting arches of red sandstone. Really unusual and a great place to hang out. Lots of windows, so very airy. Well equipped kitchen Right in the picturesque old town, but only 5 mins from the front with all the restaurants. Owners lie nearby and very helpful when we had a problem with water temperature, which was immediately sorted.

The apartment is only 5 minutes walk from the port. It has an excellent architecture. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable and very clean. Everything you might need has been thought of. The loft bed in our room was an excellent experience for our 7 year old daughter and she enjoyed it a lot. Maria is a very friendly and sweet woman, she helped us in every way. Being very close to the center is also a reason for preference. Many kisses Maria😘

There were water issues. No hot water the first night we arrived. Just a trickle the next day. Could not shower. We also both had allergies due to the strong scent of detergent and/or cleaning supplies in the building

The location is perfect, within the ancient walls of the town, very quiet, near a beautiful plaza and great restaurants. The apartment is spacious, bright and super clean.

This property was beautiful! This place had so much character, it was so charming and comfortable and safe. It was built well, wonderfully restored, beautifully decorated and it had a wonderful amount of storage and closets and cabinets. Honestly, I can’t say enough flattering comments about it. My friends stayed upstairs, there are 2 more apartments on the second floor, and they also were entirely happy with Mr. Frourio’s apartments. We were close to the waterfront, restaurants, rental cars, airportand grocery stores. Being a part of the old fortress and castle was enchanting. We loved walking around because each turn and street had stories to tell and intrigue and such enchanting character. People were welcoming and friendly. The lady that takes care of the apartments, Maria, lives across the street, and was very attentive to any of our needs. The church across the street was being restored and it has a long history, as does the whole town and island. Someone above the little sitting area of this apartment had birds that sang all day and that added to the joy and enchantment of this wonderful apartment. The island has such a rich history-there are hundreds, I’m not kidding, hundreds of things to do and see on the island and these apartments are centrally located and allow easy access to anywhere on the island.
