There was nothing I didn't like, but perhaps an armchair and a desk would make the room more cosy.

The location of the hotel is ideal for navigating the city center. The vibe of the area is outstanding, while there is easy access to many restaurants, cafes and other services. Staff is extremely friendly and the rooms are comfortable and clean.

Only one small complaint - design of the headboard behind the bed makes it difficult to sit in bed to read or watch TV comfortably and almost inevitable to hit one’s head!

Comfortable, if compact, room, very well-lit and attractively furnished, very efficient air conditioning. Generous and tasty buffet breakfast. Good value for money. Excellent location in the heart of Patra’s shopping and entertainment district. Close to (but not immediately above) huge range of bars, coffee shops and restaurants.

In the balcony there was no chair or table in order to sit and drink your coffee. There was no double bed but 2 single beds united that was quite annoying. The combination of bed and floor was bad because we had terrible noise when we were sleeping and turning side. No parking next to Hotel due to location on centre...you cant have it all.

It was dusty under the bed One of the receptionists, the youngest of the men, showed lack of willingness for assistance and answering questions.

Haven't a bad word to say after one evening.

We were here for one night between Athens and Kefalonia and weren't expecting to have such a great time! The staff gave us a room with an incredible view and we had a lovely evening which we won't forget (see pic of our view -we spent the evening watching the sunset from our balcony!). The room was a great size, nice bathroom, and staff were really friendly. A good quality breakfast was included and you could have it brought to your room (we did!). Wish we stayed longer in Patras. Locally, there's plenty of shops and cafes, and we climbed the stairs up from the port to enjoy the view for longer over a Fredo Cappuccino (cold coffee)! The hotel was great value.

poor wifi connection, so if you are working from home like I did you need a hotspot backup channels on the tv had bad signal, something that can easily be improved

The only things we didn't like were the beds. We had 2 twin beds but they were quite narrow and also the mattresses were very soft and not comfortable.

The hotel was very centrally located, close to everything. The room was quite spacious and it was getting cleaned every day. The breakfast was also very good and it had a variety of food. It's a value for money stay in the city center.

There is no dedicated parking space and you need to park on the main street nearby something that is not always possible.

The location of the hotel is excellent near to many places to have dinner or go out for a drink. The view from our room on the 7th floor was amazing.

The carpet in the room is very dirty, the towels were smelling very strong smell of javex and the front desk people were not so helpful at my arrival.
