You have to pay if You want a beach chair, on the detalis they don t mention that, it just says that you have acces to it. We had lots of ants in the room. The bathroom was very very small, barely Could move 2 inches in there , and there was a window but into the wall and You Could year eeeeveeything people NexT to You were Doing in Their bathroom. The food was the same every day, only on the last day they changed couple of them. In my opinion this hotel Does not deserve 4 stars.

The location is good, near the beach. The staff is very friendly and nice.

Improvement is required in: 1. I rolled down the stairs and opened my elbow, I got a lot of blood from an open wound, from the slip I also got hit on the back and head from the stairs. It is strange that there was no doctor or nurse in the hotel, nor was there an orderly evacuation from the hotel to a local clinic. They told me to take care of myself but they gave me polydine with cotton wool and a small gauze. There was not even a bandage to stop the blood by a local dressing. 2. Bad attitude of the cleaner in the room towards us, the guests. 3. One very small elevator. A cleaning staff member from the ground floor showed a bad attitude towards the guests. Pushed and did not give priority to the guests to enter. 4. An old safe without a key 5. When choosing the hotel, we realized that the hotel has a private beach, which belongs to the hotel, but in practice it is not the hotel's beach and we were required to pay a high price for the chairs

1. Dining room with a rich selection, the dining room had an excellent service team 2. A very spacious bedroom above the standard 3. The bed for the girl was very comfortable like the bed for the adults (not a folding bed and not a sofa) 4. The location of the hotel was very good 5. The hotel has private parking for owners of a rental car that is free of charge

For a 4 stars hotel, it's not what you expect at all. 1. One slow barely functioning small elevator is just wrong. Each time you step in, the elevator drop about 5cm. Even the cleaning service used the same elevator. 2. The plate in the breakfast and dinner area are dirty and so difficult to get a clean plate. I even get one plate with some food leftovers. Disgusting. 3. Don't expect to get a free sun bed in their promoted beach. You have to pay. 4. The bathroom is so old. The shower head is always falling because the holder is almost broken. Very poor maintenance. 5. The refrigerator barely giving any chilling. Is almost useless. You need to buy a bag of ice to keep drinks cold. There's no rack in it.

The location is one of the best because of the surrounding shops and restaurants. The street is wide enough to drive in comfort even though parking space is limited. The staffs are all in all very nice and helpful. Perhaps it's typical Greece people. The lady in Veranda Restaurants is very nice. The room is old but still comfortable. The food is mostly taste great, especially the dessert. Worthy to get a half board package there.

The hotel does not provide pool and beach towels.

We were on a family vacation, about 10 adults in suites facing the sea. Excellent location on the boardwalk and the sea, not in a noisy and accessible location. Behind the hotel is the main street. Good and varied meals. The hotel staff responded to every request and did everything to make our vacation enjoyable. Must commend the efforts and great service of the ladies at the reception Maria and Petra.

a small variety of food at dinner small swiming pool few sunbeds in the sun Although the pool program started at 09-10 a.m the same old couple "reserved" their only sunbeds from 7a.m something that is not fair for the other people During the 7 days of accommodation at this hotel, I could never use the swimming pool, this being also a criterion for me to choosing this hotel

I love this hotel. It's CLEAN and it is located in a great location. There is a minimarket inside for all you need and the blonde shopkeeper is fantastic. Me and my family were in Room 222 - great room! Lovely beds! I also recommend to get a massage with Eva. She is super. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was incredibly kind and professional, the services and rooms were excellent, the hotel is right on the beach and near attractions! The staff accommodated any needs or wants that we had, and we got a beautiful romantic getaway.

The beach in front of the hotel (and in the surrounding area) is (are) below average compared to other Cretean beaches ( dirty, tiny and therefore crowded). You need to get in your car and travel min. 15 minutes to reach nicer places. The all inclusive service is a joke (the drinks are mostly undrinkable). It is better to choose half-board or only breakfast so you remain flexible and can try authentic Greek cuisine instead of the neutral hotel food.

The hotel is situated right on the seaside. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were nice and helpful. If you have a car it can be a good choice. The "centre" (party-zone) is close.

There were no beach towels provided by the hotel. We had to pay extra to use the safe.

The location was brilliant, we couldn't have asked for better. The breakfast was good. Everybody was so friendly and helpful.

Primarily booked it because, its next to beach. However, the so called Beach front is a joke. Hotel wants money for getting a safe, beach towels (Not just deposit, you need to pay rent for these). Though dinner included, you can't take your own water, you have to pay for overpriced water. We did like the chef, who went above and beyond to make vegetarian food for us. For the price we paid, there are other hotels with sunset views, next to the beach that we could have gotten.
