Nothing that I could remember.

The welcoming staff, location, culinary experience, activities for kids, roof top dinner. I cannot count how many things were almost perfect. I would go there again and again.

Great resort for a relaxing holiday, the staff is attentive, helpful and friendly, the beach and pool are great as are all the facilities in and around the resort. The beds are very (too) comfortable and the meals are plentiful and tasty. Absolutely recommended!

Great hotel in the beach . The staff is very friendly . We liked a lot restaurant for a lunch ( the one is near the main swimming pool ) .

The pillows were too hard and it would have been nice to be able to control the temperature in the room (it was slightly warmer than we wanted).

Insanely helpful staff - they truly tried their best with everything. The beach was incredible. Relaxed atmosphere, good number of food options for lunches and dinners.

The hotel has only one pool with 2 bassins and was closed few hours everyday due to fecal discharged from child, isn’t the fault of the hotel, but the hotel should dissociate the pool in 2 completed and separated areas for adult and child.

We were upgraded to a suite, and the room was amazing. The location, the beach, the bar at the beach, the restaurant and the breakfast buffet.

There's not much options for food outside the hotel, and the specialty restaurants are too expensive and must be made a reservation in advance. They are an option for a special occasion, but not for everyday lunch and dinner, specially if you have kids. We felt the all inclusive package is a must. With the package, you just go to the main restaurant that has a lot of good options every day. Our room had basically one available power outlet, and at this day and age, that was very few. So the rotation between what was being charged had to be precise. God help us if the kids (or wife's) Ipads/phones run out of battery. The hotel was at full capacity, so the beach and pool area were hard to get a seating area. Specially the main pool was really hard to find a space in the early afternoon. On some days we went to a premium area at the beach that cost 40 euro for the full day with as much mineral water as you wanted (sparkling too). Everyone was super friendly, specially Marina, but sometimes the service took a bit longer. There's service at this places too so sometimes we ordered lunch while there. Mostly sandwiches.

TL/DR: the staff was the friendliest I have ever seen. Everything was sparkling clean. The food was great. The all inclusive package is a must have Now a more detailed review: We made a huge mistake by NOT getting the all inclusive pack, and had to go out every day for lunch or dinner. There's a few restaurants within a 15/20 minutes walk, but under a scorching sun that was not worth it. The paid/specialties restaurants in the hotel are too fancy, too expensive and often had to be reserved in advance, so that was not an option. The only one we went to was the one by the beach. The staff was always friendly. Even under a 40/110 degree heat everybody was happy to be there. That made an experience much more agreeable in the entire hotel. At night there would be entertainment in two places. Usually a more cruise ship like dancing or a band playing. And by the pool there would be a more laid back band playing. The whole place felt vibrant and has a 100% family vibe to It. Lots of kids playing in all places. The hotel has a convenience store with basically everything you need. It runs from 8 to 10 every day, and the staff was also super friendly. We would gladly be back, but now with the all inclusive package.

The staff were amazing and polite and especially the staff that greet you in the entrance ! I loved the day we arrived and the way the girls explained everything to us and the welcome drinks really surprised us ! We have had an amazing time with the 3 day stay and wish we stayed another 2 nights ! We will certainly be back ! Especially efrosini ! Manolis and Xristos

But enough available beds around the pool. Corridor at not well designed.., look a bit cheap. Room also needs a bit of maintenance.

The hotel is big enough but not too big and is comfortabel. The breakfast is amazing.

Everything was just excellent! Perfect service, chill out bars and delicious restaurants. We have tried also buffet which was very high quality. Nice atmosphere for couples and families as well. The grecoland for kids is a big highlight.

- The water sport club. We wanted to do jet-ski/ parasailing / crazy sofa....(these activities take max 15 min). During the day the sea was a bit agitated, so we were not allowed to do anything for safety reasons. Fine. Later, when the sea was very calm they wouldn't let us do anything as they said they needed to close. That was at 16:45-17:00 even though they were closing at 18:00. Disappointed. - Indoor pool needs a serious renovation

The property was absolutely well maintained! Plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas both by the pool and the beach. Breakfast and restaurants are fantastic. Will definitely come back with all the kids, and they can enjoy the kids pool with slides!

We had an exceptional stay at Creta Palace Resort. All the staff are very welcoming, friendly and polite. Special mention goes to Mr. Panos for his outstanding hospitality and service. To our surprise, we were upgraded to a luxury suit upon our arrival. An all round excellent resort! Highly recommended! Will definitely visit again in the future...Well done to all!!

you shuld add some vegan options to menus in your restaurants. Maybe you could organise different system with towels, it is not good for the planet that so many towels go to washing everyday. Maybe you can provide beach and room towels in every room and possibility to change easily for those who want to do it. Now you are forced to take a new towel every day on the beach...

First I have to say I am not a resort type of person. I came for the end of school of my 15 year old son and becouse of him. He said 5/5 specially becouse of outdoor training with a fitness master and table tennis lessons and other amneties and food and room and pool and beach and hotel :) I can personally add in short.. everything here is very nice... but staff.... staff is really exceptional. On all levels. Very very kind. One of a kind experience. Uff yes, and food as well. For sure I will come back and I will reccomend Grecotel to my friend as well.

The hospitality and all the staff were amazing. A beautiful resort that is kept impeccably clean. A big thank you to the lovely front desk manager and Nikos, the Assistant General Manager who personally upgraded us to a garden villa with pool..a surprising and very gracious offer. We could not have had a better finish to our holiday. Everyone is so nice and welcoming at all levels from managers to waiters. We had a fabulous stay. Also a big thank you to Spiros who supplied us with water and fruit every day in the cabana. A big hotel chain that delivers on wonderful hospitality, food and service. The food is fabulous, fresh and lots of variety. The buffets never ran out of food and was constantly replenished with made to order omelettes for breakfast also. If you ask for a cup of coffee, they bring you a carafe. One minor area for improvement... felt the sauna and spa areas could be bigger for the size of the hotel. All else is of a very high standard. It was also nice to do the free yoga classes which were great..thankyou Cleopatra. There are lots of complimentary exercise classes to try almost every hour...6 days a week. We loved our stay and look forward to returning and or trying another Grecotel hotel if this one is anything to go by. They over delivered in a lot of respects and go out of their way to accommodate you and make you feel welcome. A wonderful experience all up.
