I had to change my date of arrival, that was done without problem and no charge. When arriving as all the room where reseved the director gave us an appartment for the same price. Very nice and confortable appartment with all necessary. Nice garden and surrounding. Restaurant is very good also and price reasonable. Mineral water and bread included. Breakfast is plentifull. All the personal is friendly and client oriented. Highly recommended place to stay.

for us the stairs were quite problematic, 80 year old (slightly stubborn) but that was my fault for not checking. we had the room o the top floor with no lift.

The location is lovely, you will need a car and some binoculars to appreciate the bird life. The room was spacious and clean, neat little kitchen area to make coffee

Room was not clean when we arrived and some shower room equipment was broken, but quickly rectified.

Close to where we wanted to be for wildlife watching and photography. Lovely staff and good restaurant. Included breakfast very substantial.

No cons - everything was wonderfull!

The guesthouse exceeded our expectations! The host was amazing; she prepared a different breakfast every day! It was enough to take it with us for lunch.. The view, the mattress, the size of the room—everything was fantastic! Definitely value for money! I would surely stay again!

The owners are nice and they smile all the time. The room is nice and clean. Breakfast is tasty and you can't eat everything. You can have dinner or lunch, all dishes are delicious.

In a beautiful peaceful location. Good size room with large balcony with fabulous view of the lake and mountains. Everything you would need. Hosts were lovely and our dog was welcome. Stunning views from the restaurant too. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Everything was above expectations. Large, clean rooms with everything that you need including a small kitchen. Large balcony with amazing views of the lake. The owners are very kind, the breakfast is huge and varied including a few home-made items and there were also some lovely dogs, including a puppy that was very eager to play!

Throughout our stay at Guesthouse To Fragma, we had the convenience of having access to WiFi both in our room and in the tavern. This was especially helpful as we needed to stay connected for work purposes. While the WiFi in the tavern worked flawlessly, there were a few instances where the WiFi signal in our room was a bit intermittent. However, this minor issue did not overshadow the overall exceptional experience we had at the guesthouse. One of the highlights of my stay was the personal touch provided by the owners. They took the time to engage with me and genuinely cared about my experience. Their warmth and friendliness added an extra layer of comfort and made me feel right at home. It's rare to find such exceptional hosts who truly understand the art of hospitality.
