Very centrally located, the room was spotlessly clean and quiet and the staff were very friendly and helpful. One of the best hotel stays I've had so far!

The hotel is a bit dated, but we kinda liked the old school atmosphere. Everything was clean and the staff was nice. The location is close to everything you may need in town.

A great choice for Florina. It is located in the centre of the city and all the amenities are around the hotel. The receptionist was very friendly and polite. The room was very big and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and big. They provide shampoo,towels and everything you need. If you want to visit Florina is the best choice for staying.

I would have prefered opaque rather than sheer curtains on the windows, but I still slept well! Also, was wishing for warmer lights in the room. Nonetheless, I had a pleasant stay!

First impression was not great with a grumpy receptionist in the evening. The day after his colleague was very friendly. A great host.

The morning staff, whom prepared the breakfast too, was very friendly and caring.

The shower was very hard to keep the water inside and was quite messy.

The room was very spacious and clean, nice balcony area. The staff were amazing, especially Harry! He made our stay and was extremely helpful and assisted us in getting the most out of our stay. I would love to come back!!

The hotel is central and close to the main bus station and old rail station. The staff, one of the owners in particular, was super helpful and tried to assist us with a transport issue we needed to work out. The hotel was clean and comfortable.

The hotel is at the center of Florina close to all amenities and main areas. Although it is a bit old, our room and the hotel in total were sparkling clean. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The hotel staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast was included in the price of the room and it was what you need to start your day. We are super happy with our stay and we will come back soon.

We arrived late in the evening by bus, but we could still check in for the hotel. The hotel has an older interior, but everything was really clean (room, bathroom, dining and reception area...) which gave us a good and comforting feeling.

Everything is Ok

The hotel is a bit outdated, but the most important thing for me is that it is very clean and regularly maintained. The beds are comfortable and the staff is super helpful ,polite and kind. I stayed in the hotel with my 10-year-old son (it's a well-known thing what children are like at that age ), but the staff always helped me and satisfied our requests. The location is good ,the price is very correct and on my next visit to Florina I have no hesitation at all to stay at this hotel again.
