The stuff was friendly and gave us really good restaurant tip. It was very clean, quite. The most we liked was the green lands in the yard of the hotel. The breakfast was delicious!

Swimming pool water was very cold, much cooler than in the sea, but maybe for the others it's an advantage - for me it wasn't. Breakfast could have better variety (more fruits and suits for example), more qualitative juices etc. but for this price it was still ok. Toilet in the room was very small. It would be nice to have music channels in TV or smart TV to have youtube. In general small details that taking into consideration price of the hotel and all the positive things, they don't bother. Hotel was very good. :)

Amazing view from the hotel, room service everyday, everything clean, all equipment working properly, nice personel, good localization - walking distance from the city centre, convenience and large parking, nice swimming pool area.

We travelled with our 2year old kid and unfortunately the cleaning in the rooms was around his nap time at noon (12.30-15.00)..so for 3 days we didn t have anyone take out the trash or mop or change towels and sheets which wasn t quite ok..plus..the cleaning meant no vacuuming, thus there was a lot of dust and hair in the corners of the room, bathroom and balcony. Another minus would be the lack of hot water in the middle of the day..since we travelled with a child it was a bit uncomfortable.

The hotel has a nice location, quiet, good AC, good breakfast, good wifi, good enough pool. We ate there only once at noon but it was ok, good prices. The staff was ok at the reception and at breakfast. The view from our room was really nice, sunrise caught one morning..stunning. The surroundings are very pretty, lots of greenary, well kept, big parking lot.

Only two things were, not bad, just so so. First one is the breakfast, it was rather basic. Eggs, couple of ham options, and other stuff. Salad was, well, only tomates. So the breakfast was fine, just a bit bland and not as many options as one might expect. The second thing was the shower. And this was only my personal gripe, my wife had no complaints, It is on the smaller side. To be fair, I am 198cm /6'6", 110kg/240lbs guy, so take that with a grain of salt. 😄

Honestly there was nothing I could complain about.

If you are reading this trying to see what are the pros and cons let me tell you right away .. everything was perfect for our stay. The rooms were great, and they clean them daily. The pool is amazing and clean. The staff are great and friendly. The location is literally like 3 min walking distance from the supermarket and the center. And to top it off the location of the hotel is on a HILLTOP so you have amazing breeze during night time. And lastly, the breakfast they have is great and pretty much covers everything you might want.

The place was very clean The pool area is really relaxing Few steps away from the beaches and the centre The stuff were really nice and helpful that made our holiday more pleasant in every way including taxi transfers, recommendations and information Especially Vassilis and Kostas. The balcony is a bit close to the neighbours', if there are noisy guests, it can be annoying to hear everything. Otherwise, the hotel is nice and I recommand it!

I liked the location, it was very close to the center of Hanioti, just 10 minutes on foot. The rooms were clean, the staff was nice and friendly, the food was tasty.

Everything was clean and the service was good and regular, as it should be. Pool was clean and maintenained regulary and breakfast was also on top level, it was delicous. So I would recommend everyone to stay at this place. Already looking forward coming again!
