Smell from bathroom, noise from outside as room isolation is poor

Location, was very clean, even if is an old building room is renovated and design is great. Good breakfast. Some more investements will be required for doors, bathroom and AC to be clean.

The elevator is so small, u cannot fit a stroller in it.

The location is good, within walking distance from the center. The room was clean.

The location was a bit inconvenient as it was a bit out of the center (around 10-15 min walk) however it still has a good location with many amenities around.

We come to this hotel at least once a year. This year we got room 805, which was a bit poorer than other rooms, and bathroom needs refurbishment, TV was so small that you can not watch it and one day there was no internet at the whole hotel.Hope that hotel will be refurbished next time we come.

Hotel is keeping its standard good service and excellent breakfast, location is very convenient, just 5-10 minutes from Aristotelous Place.

Although they say no parking reservation is needed, when we arrived, parking was full so they sent us to some other parking, 10 minutes walking, so have in mind that if you come by car!

Small elevator space, need more elevators! Breakfast needs improvement , sometimes bad smell in the room probably from the sewages.

The room was clean and very hot in the winter, sometimes too hot ! The bathroom water was excellent !!! The renovation of the hotel was very good( needs a bit more modern touch)

Bathroom had a strangely low suspended ceiling, had to crouch to use the shower 😂 Parking available which is a necessity in the area. Had selected 'free parking' on the booking site, but this turned out to be €20 for an overnight stay in the Alexandria parking behind the hotel. It's a good, secure underground valet parking though. Not a negative point against the hotel itself, just a mis communication with booking that is worth highlighting.

Great location, a few mins walk to the centre and sea front. Plenty of craft beer bars nearby. It's an older style, lifts can only take one person at a time, adds to the quirkiness. Bed a bit softer than I'd prefer but comfortable enough.

Furniture of room and the bathroom are old. The bed was not comfortable.

The staff was great, safe area right next to the bus stop. Near Center with a walking distance 10-15 minutes. Everything was clean.

The bathroom floor could be cleaner. The elevator was very slow and small.

Close to the city center, nice breakfast and spacious room. We didn't expect much more from a three star hotel.
