Parking place is only for 4 cars. You have to put your car another place 300meters away.

I wish we had better sleep. Since it is centrally located, the town center is very live till very late like 2am and then church bells VERY LOUD would wake you up at 7am and it wont ring one time. It will be repeatedly ding-donging so no sleep once it starts. The unit is not sound proof. Everything else was great.

Located in center of Neos Marmaras, with lot of restaurants and market nerby, house was as shown on photos, even better, everything was clean and nice, comfy beds, sea view is amazing. Hosts are very nice and Mr. Roula is very nice lady, we felt like we were at home. Would definitely come back, and recommend to everyone this stay.

The house is located in the heart of Marmaras city, right next to a small square with lots of restaurants and the local market and amenities. The room was very clean and exactly as shown in the photos. The hosts are very nice people and always up for a chat to make you feel welcome and give you information about options in the city or nearby beaches to visit. The house is also very close to the city's primary school which works as a public parking lot for the summer months, so no need to search for a parking space around. Highly recommended accommodation for anyone planning to spend time at Marmaras and the surrounding areas.

House Roula is situated in the very centre of Neos Marmaras, with all the hustle and bustle of this lovely town, and is yet very quiet with the shutters down. All amenities are perfect, but the true star is Roula herself, such a lovely lady, a true gem! Our only regret is not taking a photo with her :) Highly recommended!

We liked the location in the center but you still had your peace. The staff was very kind and welcoming. Room was modern and clean, you have all necessary equipment. All together we were very satisfied with the accomodation.

Super location, this place is excellent for Family Trips 👍. The rooms are clean and big enough ! Sea view as well 👌🏼 Very pleasant stuff, definitely worth staying !

Everything was nice. The rooms were spacious, clean, the cleaning lady passed by the rooms everyday, the trash was thrown out everyday. In the center, top location. The host was very nice and polite. The beach is close - like your doing your morning walk.

Cosy and peacefull, yet near to the main street of the town, if you wish to take a walk in the evening when the place is showing its vibe. The owners were very warm and welcoming, and helpfull every time we were asking for any favor or information for the local sites in the area. Lots of space on the nearby beach, with bars, and enough room to bring you own seats and umbrella.

The air conditioning is close to non-existant. Even set to the lowest temperature, the unit in the main room gives only a mild breeze, and the one in the second bedroom does not cool at all, just moves the air. The WiFi is horrendous, frequently disconnects or is connected but without IP address. It also does not help that there is close to no signal for Vodafone inside, leaving me very frustrated when attempting to find resources online.

The location is very good and there are about 3 parking spaces that the host can keep it reserved when going out for the beach. The room is adequate and has a good sized shower, functional lights and kitchenette.

Mrs. Roula is very kind and always smiling charming hostess. She made sure to ask every day if I need anything and helped me with my very heavy suitcase by using the private elevator. The property is located in the center close to all restaurants and shops. The room I have stated in was very nice and comfortable and had a nice terrace. Everything was the same as in the pictures. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.
