There is no closet in the room. The Superior-Quadruple-Room is too small for 4 adults with their luggage.

The hotel is in an excellent location, central and quiet. Restaurants, shops, historical sites, and the promenade on the lake, are a short walk away. The interior of the hotel is beautifully designed and modern. The breakfast is excellent and varied. And most importantly: outstanding service from all staff members, each of whom does everything to make you feel at home

To find a parking space for the car is a Jackpot, we were lucky and found one immediatly upon our arrival 20m away from the hotel. But anyhow, risk it and stay here!

The Hotel is well located in the old town of the city. All things of interest are in walking distance, like the ferry boats leaving to the small island of the lake. Our room was comfortable, cozy and clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent, we haven't expected that one. We can strongly recommend to stay here overnight!

The staffs are extremely friendly, kind, and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and cozy, located in the center of the old city, close to many restaurants, bars and major sights. The rooms are tastefully decorated and clean. Highly recommended!!!

Everything! Perfect location, inside the castle, and very close to the lake and city centre (walking distance), and so so quiet! The staff was so helpful and kind, only the best we can say. It was a last minute booking and late afternoon, and they were so ready and willing to welcome us and help us. The breakfast was good, and all the hotel including the rooms was so so clean! Nice decor, everything was so new and clean! Highly recommended

As mentioned, breakfast buffet could be upgraded with more options, maybe homemade pies, as the area has a long tradition and pies of Ipiros are the most famous in Greece. So we would expect to find more options. Overall, there is no negative feedback as we had a wonderful stay and would totally recommend this hotel to everyone we know.

Excellent Location, right in the center, close to all places of interest. Cozy room with beautiful design, spacious, with comfortable bed and extremely clean. Breakfast was great, could have more variety but everything we had were fresh and tasty. The staff was absolutely amazing and super polite!

A wonderful, beautiful, comfortable, large, bright and great hotel in the centre of ioannina. The breakfast was great and the staff was lovely, especially Aphrodite who works at the reception with her heart and true dedication to the guests and takes care of every detail. The location is ideal, and excellent facilities have been created in a sympathetically restored Ottoman building. I was surprised and delighted to find a large well incorporated into my room. Excellent service completes the picture.

The hotel is located in the Old City and the small streets and castle are picturesque. The staff at Ialna are incredibly friendly, particularly Violette who helped us find restaurants and fielded other questions about the region. The breakfast was also a beautiful spread.
