Great accommodation close to the port. Friendly owner, Mr Jacob who gave us recommendations for our stay in Patmos. Nice clean rooms, great location for exploring and next door to the AB supermarket. Would recommend and will definitely stay here again when we return to beautiful Patmos. 💙🇬🇷🧿

I was fully impressed with everything about the hotel and staff. There is nothing that I didn't like. Most definitely I would stay there again, without hesitation.

Breakfast was continental style, cereal, bread, honey, marmalade, plenty of coffee or juice. The room was very clean. Hotel staff extremely friendly and helpful. Own rest room and shower. Very close to harbour, about 5 minutes. Directly opposite was a vehicle car /Scooter hire.

I loved Mr. Jacob, very attentive and helpful, his hotel is very cozy and tastefully decorated, will definitely come back. Very close to the ferry port, 2 minutes walking. Also the main attractions are all at a walking distance.

It was very comfortable, very convenient to the ferry port, and to the Cave of the Apocalypse and the Monastery of St John. excellent location. Our hosts were so warm and helpful in every way. Loved everything.

Friendly traditional hotel,spotlessly clean,quiet and close to the port and the free municipal car park if you have a hire car. The proprietors can't do enough for you and make helpful suggestions about what to see and where to eat. Trust them on this!

Very friendly staff, they even waited for us during the lat (past midnight) ferry arrival to check in. Also very accommodating in terms of timeline as we needed to leave early for work and they hd our invoice ready and all. Would recommend.

A gem of a property! Loved it. Nice homey feeling. The couple who run the place are very helpful. Hot tea available anytime. I would definitely stay here again! Nice soft pillows! Close to the ferry.

Early morning you can hear noisy scooters and motorbikes passing by.

It reminds me when I used to sleepover at my grandparents back home, the smell and the furniture are so antique. The host Mr. Jacob was so friendly, that he allowed me to stay in the reception area after the checkout while I waited for my late night Ferry to Athens

The location is very near walking distance from the port and the bus going to Monastery and the cave passes by in front of the hotel. Also, reception is open 24hrs. Highly recommended

I bought the room not knowing or caring if the breakfast was included. In the morning THEY OFFERED me breakfast with no communication at all about cost.. the same thing happened the next day. As I was checking out I was told I owed 5 dollars a day for breakfast and instead of discussing anything he wanted to argue. If I had known he was charging for breakfast I could have made a more informed decision. Ok. Everything else was great! I just wanted to give you the heads up so you are not surprised like me. It is very deceptive.

Jacob and his wife were really welcoming. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We had a fab view of the monastery and the Windmills. Within easy reach of the port and amenities/restaurants. Highly recommended, would definitely return.

We warmly recommend Villa Zacharo! The location is perfect, just a couple of walking minutes from the port of Patmos. The rooms were very cosy and nicely decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the balkony offered a very nice view on the town of Hora and the Monastery of St. John, both UNESCO world heritage sites. The breakfast was also included and was a good part of the stay.
