Kitchen could have a bit more to cook. The bed is super comfortable but there were spider webs that could had been cleaned. Because the horses and forma is so close to the room you can't avoid the smell of nature, not that is a problem but not everyone's cup of tea.

We love that we could upgrade to a room with a kitchen, even tho there should had been a bit more utensils to cook. The room as great, lots of space. The location is amazing, but it is surrounded by farmers, I thought I could walk around a bit more without been chase by dogs.

Exceptional experience in every way. Our host, Christos, did everything to make us feel completely at home. The property is beautiful, surrounded by mountains, and very quiet and peaceful. Would definitely come back!

The guesthouse is a lovely little place, with super friendly, generous and helpful staff. The surrounding area is beautiful, quiet and remote. The rooms are clean and pleasant with air-conditioning (which was crucial in July) and a little kitchenette.

lots of flies and I pulled off a couple of ticks from my dog. This is normal due to the lots of horses, cows, animals in the region.

Nice location in the nature. Beautiful Farm. We had the possibility to ride a horse and to have a walk to the Kerkini Lake. Great breakfast. We will come back again to try the boat trip and also we will take our bikes, because there is a perfect conditions for bicycles.

Everything was as it should be.

The Studio was very clean & well equipped. The hospitality was more than perfect. If you want to see rural Greece, this is one of the best place, with Kerkini Lake close, where you can have a boat trip, or, if you want, you can ride a horse in nature. By the way, you are surrounded by farm animals. It’s a working farm that also rents out rooms.

We had a very pleasant stay in the apartment which was clean and tidy. It was a 2 -days stay for us during our journey but the apartment is recommended for those loving nature. Our kids was having a lot of fun!

When we arrived there was problem with the water which stopped due to bad weather and nobody brought us some. We arrived late and since there is no shop arround, we could not shower, brush teeth, no water for the toilet. At least we had some leftovers from the travel to drink.

The villa is located in the middle between the villages, in a very nice farming area. It is surrounded by nature and is very peaceful and calm. The closest village is 10-15 minutes with a car, there is no shop nearby, so make sure to have everything you need when you arrive. The tap water is drink safe. There is breakfast which we didn't try, but the studio is equipped so you can make your own. The studio is very nice with just enough space for 5 people. The rooms are not isolated so you can hear very well your neighbours, which can disturb you if you are there to relax, especially when there are kids. The view is very nice, the hosts have lots of friendly dogs and cats and can also organize horse-riding for 15 EUR.

Everything was great!

Everything was better than we could have dreamed of! Wonderful location, amazing view, in the middle of beautiful nature with horses and other lovely animals, quiet and peaceful, while at the same time full of possibilities for fun activities. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, we enjoyed an amazing horseback ride and boat ride organised by Ihnilatis, superb breakfast. We did not want to leave !

Nice place with great host! He helped us with everything that we needed. The horse riding was very pleasant. The room was clean and cozy. Overall, a 10/10 experience. You need at least two nights to enjoy a fraction of this beautiful place.
