Minor touches would be great to perfect so that to recommend this wonderful spot on the map: the beauty couch in the SPA, not been an electric heavy one, is sliding on the tile floor while treatment is in place and it also isn't easy to climb on for certain ages. The room has a great potential but feels bit plain and empty, also the other parts of SPA seem to be still under construction, which would be nice to see in a better shape the very next time we visit. We knew this facility didn't offer Sauna option but maybe just a suggestion so that to make your great resort completely out of competition? Breakfast options could be a little bit richier and just a bit more inclusive to nut and egg allergy sufferers and halal dietary requirements for Islamic customers. We ordered a beef burger via room service and got a burger with bacon, giggled a bit on that 🙃. Good thing, the precious smiles of the personelle washed any of our little misunderstandings away!

The hospitable, super attendive approach of every single member of staff in this hotel made us want to visit this modern yet cosy resort again and again in the future! We were overwelmed with the view, the cleanliness and facilities, is within a comfortable short driving distance to touristic Pozar springs, yet feels as if in the middle of nowhere with the wilderness in front of our windows, all to ourselves! Couldn't get enough of the view! A hidden jewel, really. We have visited many resorts in the area and this one has won our hearts! We were also pleasantly surprised to find a vineyard right next to, which served for an amazing autumn amateurs photoshoot right under the clouds which were touching the leaves and we discovered amazing hiking area within walking distance. Rooms were attended often and kept spotless, just as the restaurant area as well. Dairy free options were pleasantly available, and at the bar section, there's an impressive selection of tea, which we hadn't had enough time to try all and look forward to tasting on our next visit. Spot on WiFi, never been a problem and fire alarm in working condition made us feel extra protected (we weren't the ones who activated it), otherwise a wonderfully quet idyllic place with spacious rooms, balconies in every room and fire place in every room too, which automatically made us consider visiting in winter, literally we couldn't recommend this place more and very thankful for such a friendly atmosphere!

The breakfast was okay but not very fresh. Also we got a massage and the bathrooms in the spa were absolutely disgusting. Outside of these things, the hotel was perfect.

The hotel is beautiful with an incredible view of the mountains. The hotel rooms are comfortable, large, and clean with a balcony overlooking the beautiful view.

Breakfast, even if variety was big there was no flavor. I would expect some local products from the area. In general that is not a reason not stay at this hotel but by elevating the breakfast a little bit more it would be perfect.

Room was spotless. Clean white sheets. Room has a fireplace that is not working due to weather. It was too warm. The location and the view of the room was perfect. Hotel is still working to build the second pool but it does not bother you at all. Parking is under the hotel. There are a lot of places and there is an elevator.

The outdoor pool is not heated and after several days of heavy rain it was super cold, so we did not use it. The indoor pool did not work (we knew about it in advance). Although in 3 minutes drive there are cool thermal baths, so I guess closed swimming pools are not a big deal. Not sure about the spa center, may be it is open only during winter season. There was not enough bed linen in our room, but most likely it was because the staff hurried up to allow an earlier check in. The problem was solved immediately when we told about it. An electric kettle in the room would be a nice bonus.

What a place! We already think about returning back. It is located a bit away from the main street, so it is very quiet and peaceful, though still close to other cafes in the main street, walking distance. But you really do not need to go anywhere to eat, as the hotel's restaurant is the best in the area I guess. The entire place is super cozy, comfortable and stylish. Each room has a fireplace, we did not use it as it was hot outside, bit in winter it should be a blast! The view on the mountains and grapes is beautiful. They told us that they even have rooms with jacuzzi, next time we'll definitely try to stay there. The breakfast was delicious! We came 2 hours earlier than check-in time and the hotel staff made their best to allow us to check in asap. We were travelling by an electric car and were kindly allowed to use hotel's socket to charge it in the night (but we always bring a long cord with us for such cases).

We expected a good hotel, but it was excellent. The location is perfect with lovely mountain views. The staff is so helpfull and friendly The room and bathroom are luxuous. The breakfast is of good quality with excellent coiche (incl bugatsa, pancakes, waffles) Super clean! Higly recommended We stayed in lots of hotels in Greece, but this was one of the best. The atmosphere is very relaxing.
