Fabulous, chic, comfortable and spotlessly clean hotel. The staff were warm and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was generous with lots of choice. Its Kale ticks all the boxes and probably ones you've not thought of as well.

No elevator so we had to haul our luggage up and down a steep flight of stairs - a small inconvenience. Otherwise we really cannot think of anything we did not like.

Lovely room with nice bathroom/shower. Very clean & well maintained daily. Hot pot, coffee, tea, bottled water and small refrigerator provided in room. TV and wifi consistently available. Excellent breakfast!!!! Could not ask for more pleasant and accommodating staff. Great location in the Kastro. Easy, pleasant walk to everything we wanted or needed. We would book here again without hesitation.

Everything is lovely. Very tasty breakfast. The location of the hotel, inside the old city, a very quiet place, very close to the Byzantine Museum and also walking distance from the city center. A really boutique hotel.

Nothing. All was perfect.

The breakfast was very good. The staff was amazing. They explained to us everything about the must do's of the city and was very polite and friendly. The room was comfort with nice design.

Lovely, helpful staff, great location, very peaceful and a great breakfast. Only slight caveat is the room gets stuffy on hot days. It would be even better with air conditioning

Just perfect. As we are not used to heat weather the room was a little warm when we went sleeping but we slept like a rose anyway. The hosts are extremely friendly

Not something that the owners can do but our room was in the back alley and we could hear a very annoying bird singing all the time, so it was difficult to take an afternoon nap...

Its Kale Boutique Hotel is locate in the heart of Ioannina Castle just a few steps away from the archaeological site so it's very nice for a walk yet also reachable by car. The breakfast was mazing really good choices and super fresh. All the staff members from the cleaning lady to the reception were super polite and friendly, while they also provided us with very useful tips on where to eat what to do etc. The room was super clean and spacious! We had an amazing stay and Ioannina is a so pretty to visit!

The WiFi was a bit dodgy at times, the Internet is based on 4G, (there is no broadband infrastructure in the area of the castle) so there isn't anything more the Hotel can do about it, except perhaps get a dedicated 4g/5g antenna !

The location is perfect, the breakfast was very nice made with local products, the room was large and very clean (have to stress that) and the staff were perfect, polite and always available for information or a little bit of chat!

Its Kale is located inside the walled old city and is perfectly located for enjoying all the historic aspects and great dining of Ioannina — all within walking distance. Family operated and EVERYONE in the family was immensely helpful and friendly. Every square meter of this boutique hotel is exquisitely designed. Beautiful and functional!!!
