Upon arrival, the check-in process was not smooth. [We shared all our information prior to arrival they should have filled the form and kept us to read and singe]. During the two-day stay, the food remained the same, the dessert selection was average. It could be improved by including local fruits. On arrival Lunch , the restaurant was overcrowded and poorly organized to handle the rush. It was evident that the food and beverage operation lacked sufficient stock of water glasses, soup spoons, dessert cups, and teaspoons. Additionally, the salad buffet needs upgrading better composed menu. The kitchen and service staff require training, Also F&B Service facility need to be upgrade. Especially F&B staff should be thought greeting and seating guests, clearing tables, kitchen operations. Specifically, the cooks at the action station need training to meet hotel standards. Tandoor & Rovali Roti Idea was good but total failure, Need a proper tandoor oven. Action Station need to upgrade to Hotel standard also look into safety standards.

The Rooms were not very clean, The bedding was old and had stains and the room was not well maintained or clean. The room was very sticky and we had to call them to get it mopped. The Towels provided also had a smell.

The Buffet was good. They had an international buffet and there was a great choice and the pool also was well maintained.

I wanted to book via their site. Because there were no slots I book via the app. I wanted it for full board. I called them and I was told I can do that when I checked in. I did the booking for my brother. When my brother went on Saturday they told they can’t do anything so they had to take their meals as outsiders from the restaurant which is an additional charge. Not happy about that. The breakfast was included to the price but my brother had paid at the restaurant which is absolutely ridiculous

1. The hair dryer was not available in the room, although it's cradle was fitted in the bathroom. 2. Phone extension numbers are wrong, and don't get answered. We ordered a lot of room service and had to call house keeping and ask them to transfer the call a few times.

Only issue that we had was that lightings in the bathrooms. They were poorly lit up. I could not shave properly due to bad lighting. breakfast also was mediocre. Not very many choices to our liking.

Sleep quality, when you request something takes so long to happen or not happening at all. There was no in room dinning menu at the room and when I requested I never received it.

They could have improved the cleanliness in the pool. There was like moss in the pool which I didn’t like and it was not clean.

There was a lot of events took place during the weekend. I loved how the staff was trying to entertain the guests and there was a DJ there was some musical event, so it was nice. the bar and restaurant staff took the extra effort to recommended items on the menus and made specials for us.
