Everything! The hotel was in a good location for us, the owners were so friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was fantastic, all home-made food. The orange cake was amazing. Highly recommended!

Hotel Kalias was a great place for my vacation. The staff was very friendly. Rooms clean, cleaned every day and new towels. Breakfast is also excellent. Since I can't eat gluten, the staff noticed it right away and made sure that I also had gluten-free desserts for breakfast. I can't rate anything other than absolute satisfaction. I recommend Hotel Kalias to all my friends who are heading to Lefkada in the future.

It is not the fault of the hotel management, but it is good to know that the internet is very weak in the area. Nothing to complain about the hotel!

The hotel is excellently located right in the middle of the resort, with quick access to all areas of interest. Although Lefkada in general suffers from parking spaces and narrow and sloping roads, the Vasiliky area is an exception and the hotel has wide access and a generous parking area. The courtyard pool, the green spaces, and the outdoor terrace with tables for a relaxing drink in the afternoon, along with the rich and varied breakfast are the strengths of this hotel. The rooms are quite large and well-equipped, and the cleanliness is perfect. Linen and towels are changed daily and the bathroom is clean and well equipped. But the greatest pleasure is the interaction with the family that owns and runs this hotel and all the staff who ensure the perfect operation of the hotel and make you feel welcome at any time. Spiros, Svetlana, and Vera are always available to solve any request and are happy to give you advice and information to find pleasant activities and interesting destinations in the area.

Hotel is located in a quiet location, 3 min walk to the beach and 15 min walk to the port and restaurants. The hotel pool is a sensation. Rooms are very clean, well equiped and comfortly organized. Very tasty and home made breakfasts - absolutely delicious!! Hotel staff is extremely friendly and assists in all enquiries.

Everything was better than expected.

International breakfast, with a lot of different foods. The room was comfortable and clean (every day it was cleaned and towels changed). Perfect the AC, despite it was not necessary during the night due to a nice weather. Position is perfect, 50 meters from the beach. I didn't used the pool because not interested, but it could be nice for families. Parking perfect for cars and the hotel is really in the center of Vassiliki beach, so that you can reach the port or the opposite side in less than 15 minutes walk. Last but not least, the owners are lovely and available to give advices or any help.

The rooms and furniture are very old... bathroom is clean but not enough space, has some problem with water in the shower cabin.

Very nice hotel, close to the beach - our room had sea view :-) Clean, with quite comfortable bathroom. The breakfasts with wide range of very tasty food. Great service and very charming owner.

The beach that is near the hotel is not a very nice beach. It is more suited for windsurfing (there were a lot windsurfers and a windsurfing school nearby). However, if you have a car you can go to Porto Katsiki, Megali Petra and other wild beaches that are amazing and only 30-40 mins away.

It is a family run business and you could tell because the staff is so nice and welcoming. The rooms were cleaned on a daily basis and the towels were changed too. There was a parking space for our car. The breakfast was delicious!

Located near the Vasiliki beach (2 min walk), the hotel offers a great value for money. Staff is very friendly and helpful, room cleaning everyday, fresh towels daily (!!) and a great great breakfast - including no sugar sweets. Great place!

The hotel is spotlessly clean and very nicely presented . It has ample dining space both in and outside and the pool is very pleasant to swim in and relax around . The family bedroom we stayed in was ample with a balcony overlooking the spectacular mountains . The modern bathroom was lovely and we had clean towels every day which added to our comfort . The location is excellent with a beautiful beach less than a 100 metres away . An added bonus is watching the small sailing boats and sail boarders enjoying their sport . The harbour and high street, with a variety of gift shops , is a short stroll down the promenade . Most of all the staff at the hotel were very helpful and strived to make our stay as comfortable as possible . The final accolade of our experience at the Kalias hotel must go to the excellent staff who prepared the wonderful breakfast laid out every morning . A wide range of dishes was available . It was nice to sample the Greek treats and beautiful cakes . All of which we’re home made .
