I'm quite disappointed with the wifi service. In today's world, the internet has become an essential part of daily life, yet, regrettably, wifi was not available in my room. I had to go to the common areas (reception and swimming pool) to access the internet, which was really inconvenient and frustrating. One of the major downsides of this stay was the reception staff. When trying to get information about purchasing a SIM card to use the internet on my mobile device, the receptionist was extremely impolite and uncooperative. His rudeness and unwillingness to help really soured my initial impression of the hotel. The situation further deteriorated when I had to abruptly leave my vacation due to a family emergency. Considering that I had prepaid for a 10-day stay, I asked the staff to consider the possibility of refunding a portion of the money for the days I wouldn't be spending at the hotel (5 days). Unfortunately, the receptionist was extremely rude and hostile. I expected at least some understanding and compassion in this difficult situation, but I was met with the opposite.

Great Location, But Not a Great Stay Vacationing on Crete has always been on my wishlist, and I chose this hotel to fully experience the beauty of this island. While I did have some enjoyable moments during my stay, I can't overlook some serious shortcomings. Upon arrival, I noticed that the hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. There are some nearby beaches truly stunning, which is a big plus for those who enjoy spending time by the shore like me.

A little dated but that didn’t matter.

It was clean . Nice pool . Beds and towels changed regularly. Could do with a few more cooking utensils. Had to ask for a kettle and hairdryer but they were supplied no problem. On the whole apartments are a bit dated but for a two star hotel it was very good

Room equipment was very basic, the kitchen could use a sponge or dish liquid. The furniture in the room was quite old.

The hotel has a good location, right by the sea, close to restaurants and stores. The pool and hotel grounds are very well maintained. The owner is very contactable and helpful. The room was quite big, we had a beautiful view from the window.

The wifi is available at the pool only. The hotel is a bit old. There was no option for a twin bed, only 2 one person's size beds that were attached to each other but the mattresses didn't touch. The lights were weird, many of them didn't work

New frying pan needed. The shop maybe could sell customers milk, bread, spread, cereals, cheese, soap and dish washer liquid etc as had to go to 3 different local supermarkets to get things to make for breakfasts. Would be income for them too. Take your own plugs and sockets for charging your phones, tablets etc. No sink plugs which is inconvenient. Restaurants are all 10 minutes walk away.

Just bed, no breakfast. Room with small kitchen, bedroom and bathroom with small balcony. Agree apartment is a 3* but clean. Beds a little low. Towels and sheets clean. Kitchen utensils and facilities adequate. Pool area very clean and nice temperature. Wi fi in rooms great. Michael very pleasant and helpful. Other peoples comments about the showers with no curtains were not fair. Bathroom is basically a wet room but would be better to have the shower head able to be fixed above though. Very Greek feel to the place and nicely kept grounds. Enjoyed our week stay here in August 2022.

First of all, Miki and his family are humble people, beautiful souls, who make your holiday cheerful and special. For any need or help, you know you can count on their support. The apartments are clean (which is very important to me), equipped with the bare necessities for the stay. However, I recommend contacting them in advance for specific requests. The location is excellent: it is literally just a step from the beach and from the center of Analipsi, a village that I recommend for those who want to visit the north-eastern area of ​​Crete as it is very quiet and suitable for a relaxing holiday. I hope to come back soon!

On arrival, You'd be requested to pay full amount of reservation without a single receipt. No one asked for any kind of documents. Three keys we got on arrival (a bit early)-for main door, safe box and third for A/C and we've been told just where to go. That was all. Real surprise was on arrival in a front of the door. This place urgently need to be renovated. Old door just painted, walls literally falling, old ruined furniture inside, light on main terrace not working, no mosquito nets, without basics, dish sponge, detergent or similar, beds in apartment super uncomfortable. On third day lady asked (!!!) us do we need room to be cleaned. No one asked us anything. They are all in style "Oh great, we have some resources-let grab as much money as we can and do nothing else". I understand that Michalis' wife just got baby but business has to be done. Booking.com has ultimately highest prices of all other we saw on the network later. We paid nearly 400€ for 6 nights for two of us, for nothing but super basic place to stay and founded the same property on other sites for 11 nights at same room type.

Pool and plants around are nice, but that was the only ok. Michalis, the owner is kind a nice person.

Beds were very uncomfortable

The host Micheal was great. That's about as far as it goes. The rooms are small and very uncomfortable. Aircon in 1 room only so kids slept on the floor in our room else they were bitten like crazy with mosquitoes. Beds are very uncomfortable and very hard. I hardly slept as did my husband. Half way through we left to find somewhere with more comfort.

I didn't like that wasn't clean. Wasn't change the sheets and towels as well. The owner didn't provide us WiFi password for all our stay and the breakfast was disaste. More expensive than was showing on the website. Wouldn't go again tp this hotel doesn't worth it the money

Everything was excellent, hotel situated in a very good place right on the seashore, everything like tavernas, bars, car rental stations, supermarkets and ofcourse beaches are in 1-5 minutes maximum. In a days of strong wind we could chill at a swimming pool, and we were lucky about that. Michael is a very kind, friendly and helpful host, who can help you with everything.

I really don't have any complaints about the place; if pushed I suppose the WiFi was only around the pool area (which is clearly stated in the description). It didn't really matter as there was an unlocked network anyway :-)

Everything was great - the property more than exceeded my expectations, especially for the price! The owners of the property were really friendly, the rooms were very clean and it really felt like I was staying with a friend, rather than a soulless hotel. There is a nice beach a few minutes walk away.
