Everything was perfect except for the wifi due to the caldera location, but this couldn't be helped.

The views are incredibly stunning. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly & welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was excellent. It was extremely clean & my room was cleaned daily & the bedding & fresh towels.

The dehumidifier was working overtime, and wifi would not reach into our room. The other items made up for any inconvenience.

The view is perfect and just beautiful. Location is exceptional, and rooms were very nice. Breakfast was great.

This cannot be helped because the hotel is literally built into a mountain, but the WiFi can sometimes crap out depending on your room.

Location, location, location! You can't get a better price for this view. Traditional Greek breakfast on the terrace, overlooking the volcano, is reason enough to stay here. Staff are knowledgeable and very responsive. Cleaning staff was thorough and did an excellent job of keeping the rooms clean. I have stayed at the hotel three times and I would return again. The attached room photos are from the deluxe room (can't remember what it's called on the site).

5 minutes walk from fira station, easy to find! There is a snack street nearby. When you go out, turn a little left and then turn right and go down the stairs to the end, which is convenient for eating and buying snacks in the supermarket. The girl at the reception is very friendly and helpful, she helped me turn on the air conditioning of the reception when I say it is too hot.Without leaving the hotel, I can enjoy the beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea from the balcony in the public area and see the sunset. I would recommend this place to my friends, I like it very much

The service and breakfast was amazing. They even helped us with our bags for check-in and out. The breakfast was phenomenal and option to eat outside was a treat as you get the most beautiful view in the island. The room was comfortable, theme of the room was like living in those old homes with grandma. It gives more warmth. They clean the room everyday. The shops are literally outside which made it convenient for souvenirs. The front desk was accommodating with tour information and requests.Nothing that I didn't like but just to advise of the uneven steps which we knew but what you paid for is the view. Just hold on to the rail. Santorini have mountains everywhere so expect uneven terrain. But do not deter yourself from getting this place. Wifi is lacking but we were in rock dome shape like rooms, it is hard for even wifi extender to work, we just go outside for better service. But you're there for a vacation so we used our wifi/5G sparingly. We enjoyed the island.

It's a beautiful Place to stay. Amazing Sunset views. Very Clean. Breakfast it was Delicious with a Local Honey and Walnuts Cake, super fresh Greek Yogurt and more...Location is Perfect, 5 min walking from bus station from airport , all cafes bars restaurants around. Hostess very kind and attentive to details. There are stairs but this is everywhere in Santorini so be prepare for the steps along the way, but it really worth it once you see the stunning views!

This hotel is in the perfect location if you want breathtaking views of both the volcano and the caldera. Room is very comfortable, breakfast is good with a nice variety of foods, staff are very friendly. Had a fantastic stay and enjoyed spending the evenings on the lovely patio just overlooking the island. The stairs were manageable, not too steep.

I stayed in the small one person room with a single bed, which was a fine size for one person. But mattress was quite old and lumpy (despite the mattress pad they had put over it). Also as my room was at the lowest of about 5 levels (the hotel is built on the edge of a cliff, which is what makes it awesome) but this required a LOT of stairs when entering or exiting the hotel. Good exercise though!

Fabulous location on the edge of the cliff. Lots of common space with Instagram worthy caldera views. The staff were all incredible, especially the front desk person who gave me very helpful logistical information. The breakfast was also nice with a variety of foods and in a decent portion.

Bit more hot food items in breakfast could have been there rather than readymade warm up ones There are different types of rooms under executive double bed with the caldera view but the booking.com page was showing only the room which has the best view.

The location and proximity to shops The receptionist was so good at managing an issue. Very good. Help in luggage carrying up and down the room to reception since the stairs are steep. Big room!

Our room was lowest point of hotel with 94 steps to reception so was hard work, luckily hotel had staff assistance with bags. But probably not good for those with heavy luggage and mobility issues

Located facing the sea view with an opportunity to watch a sunset if the weather permit. Also, very close to the bus stop which make the travel to other part of the island much easier. Room has an amazing view with soothing breeze.

We had requested twin beds and ended up with a king size, so made a pillow wall. This would've been the only problem, however, easily overcome.

One of the best Cliffside views on the island. Very good Greek breakfast and staff is excellent. This was my third time staying at this property. This double room was the best so far with small balcony
