My experience with Booking.com's customer care service left much to be desired. When I encountered an issue with a double charge on my payment, their response was disappointing to say the least. Despite reaching out for assistance, I found myself met with unhelpful responses and a lack of resolution. However, all was not lost thanks to the exceptional kindness and assistance provided by the staff at the hotel. Their compassion and dedication shone through as they not only acknowledged my predicament but also took swift action to rectify the situation. Their prompt efforts ensured that the duplicate payment was promptly reversed, saving me from a potentially disastrous financial loss of 33,000 INR. This experience served as a stark reminder of the importance of humane and empathetic customer service. Had it not been for the hotel staff's intervention, my journey could have taken a distressing turn. I urge Booking.com to prioritize the handling of payments with the utmost care and diligence to prevent similar issues from befalling future guests.

the pool is really beautiful, all rooms are pool facing and that is really good. the staff are really helpful and go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable during your stay. added points for the excellent spa within the property.

It is a bit far from the beach, but ok. There are pool rules but on our last day there were two families who let their children loose…so to speak… The tranquility disappeared and the staff did not do anything about it, the children were all over the place, with food all over the place. I think the staff are too humble to say no, but if there are rules…

Everything .. but the most important is that the very very friendly staff delivered their services with a genuine smile - at any point of the day. Kudos to the management and the team for creating the right environment to make it possible. It’s a small hotel with limited facilities-but be prepared for some exceptional customer service which is at par with the best hotels we have stayed in across the globe. A huge thanks also to Arpit who helped expedite the check-in into our next ITC hotel - he didn’t have to do it at all .. but he did… and that just a small example of how the team creates customer delight.

Size of the balconies in our rooms were quite small - which I wouldn't have been miffed by if I was expecting it but booking.com has pictures with much larger balconies as part of the same room's album. Also the surrounding location was not really scenic - having said that it does make it central to most of the beaches of North Goa

The property looks great and has a great boutique as well as colonial vibe. Since number of rooms are not very high the service and conversations were extremely personalised. The staff were well-trained in hospitality and made it a point to make us feel wanted. The quality and taste of food was excellent with customisations accommodated often. The pool was great too. There was also a billiards table, a jacuzzi and a spa which we didn't get to use.

Nice location. Its a peaceful oasis and only a short taxi away from the busy town.

The service is 6 star!! The staff are just incredible and can't do enough for you. My wife wasn't too well so they made a special meal for her (and only 300 rupees!),. The staff found out it was my daughters birthday and decorated this beautiful canopy with lights and balloons and had an amazing birthday cake for her as a surprise. It melted our hearts! Any time I mentioned any food I liked, the chef would make it or go out and find it for us (mangoes in this case). The food was incredible! Just brilliant brilliant service! Best I've ever received. Even my young kids said so.
