We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ItalyUnfortunately I’m allergic to cat hair and one of the cats that wander in the property slept on my towel that I left in my room’s terrace for letting it dry. I want to appoint though that the staff were super pleasant to freely wash / disinfect my towel and provided me with a clean towel for free to go to the beach the next day.
The staff were super friendly and available to satisfy any our request or need. The place makes you feel like at home. In particular the staff at the taverna, the barman and Dimitri. Dimitri helped us solving an issue with our rented car that broke.

GreeceBeing a repeater, you expect that a place can no longer surprise you after so many years spending your summer holidays there. AND YET Kirki Village this year surprised me more than ever!! Renovations in the rooms and new entries all over the place which made the experience more than delightful ! The new staff members are lovely and the old ones like a family to me! United KingdomWe liked everything about the hotel, it's very cosmopolitan, with mainly French clientele, which makes it all the more charming. Everyone is really friendly! Maybe having a kettle in the room as standard would be good, but the hotel did provide one on request for a good old English cuppa!
The whole experience was excellent, a really well managed hotel, where the staff really make you feel welcome. Special mention for Anastasia, Elmera and George who are three of the nicest people you could ever wish to meet. The hotel owners are always on hand and there to wish you a cheery good morning, evening or whatever the time of day. The hotel itself is very comfortable, there are a few steps if you need to consider accessibility, but what a fabulous place. Panormos is a lovely unspoilt village and great for a chilled holiday, especially for foodies. However the food in the hotel is the cheapest in town and very very nice. All in all, this place is highly recommended, give it a try!

SwitzerlandWe just spent a quick night there as we did not want to drive too far after our flight. Rooms are clean and have a nice view. Very good price/quality ratio! There is a restaurant where you can get a set menu, it's only 10 euros, but its also not the best... perfect for cheap holidays or a quick stay.
