Kissamos hotel was one of our favorite stays ever.🧡 Located just a few minutes walk from Kissamos center, close to Balos, Falassarna and Elafonissi beach (top 3 beaches in Crete!), walking distance to bakeries and stores, with parking and pool. This is family owned business, owners are extremely friendly, always available for all questions and requests. Rooms were clean and we had everyone we need for a perfect stay. I would gladly recommend everyone to choose this property for they stay in Crete and we would definitely come back.

Room was basic but comfortable. Shower toilet etc all very clean. Large lobby outdoor area dining area and pool so didn’t spend time in the room other than to sleep and shower. Hosts were amazing and made the stay memorable. Guests mingled freely in the communal spaces. Such a welcome friendly lo key environment for a jaded traveler. Wish we hadn’t booked our next accommodation or would have stayed longer. Also. We’ll worth having breakfast at the hotel.

Everything is a little old but still clean and working. The elevator is loud, it can be heard in the rooms which can be a bit annoying at night.

The hotel is clean, the pool is super nice to have. I also liked the staff, they are very friendly and welcoming.

Is very clean, and the garden is very cosy The pool is fine. You will find all the support from the guys who make management of the hotel. They are very friendly !

We were here 3 days for a small family vacation (4 people + 1 infant). This family run hotel is in the middle of the "larger" city "Kissamos" and can serve as a good point to discover several surroundings. The hotel staff and the owners (Manolis and his brother) are extremely friendly and nothing is too much for them if you acquire any assistance or information (f.ex extra pillows, where to rent a quad, ...) . Breakfast has a good value for money, the swimming pool is very clean, airconditioning in the somewhat smaller rooms works perfect, etc Upon my booking I wrote for a baby cod and upon arrival this was already set-up in the room. There is a small private parking near the hotel but also in the surroundings you will find easily parking. The bar of the swimming pool offers a nice selection of local or international drinks at modest pricing.

Beautiful small hotel with access to everything in Kissamos. We had a lovely stay and the owners were very welcoming and helpful. Close to the beach and breakfast was delicious. Beautiful view of the mountain. Sure the road is busy but you won’t hear it with your balcony doors closed.

Very cozy and comfortable hotel with a lovely kind staff always ready to support customers and give suggestions for a better holiday experiecnce. Perfect location to explore the outstanding west coast of Crete and the pictoresque small city of Kissamos.

The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Manolis gave us useful tips for our wonder throughout beaches and suggestions on where to eat tipical Cretan food. The hotel is a traditional gem of this small seaside town, 3 minutes walks from the shops and restaurants. The hotel is charming and elegant in its simplicity. The internal patio with the pool is lovely and enjoyable any time during the day, for breakfast and in the evening. The view from the room towards the pool and seaside is enchanting. Very clean room, supercomfy super king size bed and nice breakfast. The position is strategic from the breathtaking beaches in the surrounding (elafonissi, balos, falasarna). We felt welcomed and at home. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay at the Kissamos Hotel. Excellent value for money from the impeccable cleanliness and comfort to the welcoming and friendly personnel. The swimming pool is also a big plus. Very good position for visiting the west side of the island and easily walkable to the local seafront where there are sandy beaches, restaurants and bars. We fully recommend without hesitation.

Value for money is superb! A short walk gets you to the main square with restaurants and shops. 5-10 minutes away by car to Kissamos port if you're taking a boat trip. Staff is super friendly and helpful with recommendations. Clean hotel with a nice pool, and parking is available at the back. We got a pool view and it was quiet.

Our rooms were lovely, we were upgraded to rooms overlooking the pool and the sea. A lovely pool. There was plenty of choice and as much as you could possibly want for breakfast with many local ingredients, a great relaxing start to the day on the terrace by the pool. The rooms were spotlessly clean with a daily service. The owners of the hotel were very friendly, helpful (nothing was too much trouble for them)and made us feel so welcome - we will definitely be returning to this wonderful family run hotel.

I really liked the kindness of the staff (Manolis and his brother). They gave us very good suggestions about restaurants where to eat and they have been always available for any need. The rooms are perfectly clean. We originally booked the room facing the street but since it was available, the staff was kind enough to gave us the he sea-view room which was amazing and allowed us to enjoy amazing sunsets from the terrace. The location is perfect if you want to visit the famous Balos and Falasarna. Moreover, they have an amazing pool where you can relax and have a local beer when you come back from the beach. Considering all these things I would definitely come back to this hotel which provides you with an amazing value for money.
