Very nice breakfast, friendly host, and great central location. The bed was very comfy and the room was nice and quiet. The room was a little bit smaller than it appeared on the photos, but very comfortable and clean and with enough storage space for a short stay.

You are not greeted personally like described, instead there are keys that await you and if you have some questions, and you will, because you are a tourist - they wont be answered right away.

Very clean and modern apartments, excellent location. You do not have to carry salt, pepper, toilet paper, baking paper in the owen - it is there. You get two Nescaffe capsules to start your day. Some sweets on the bed. Just great. Excellent view of the slopes and the surrounding mountains. Parking right in front of the house. Breakfast is just enough to get you started, there is everything you can think of, from cereals to salami and cheese, even cake.

Perfect location just in walking distance from both the lifts and the village, quiet, clean, good breakfast, easy free parking and nice staff, very good price - it applies at least for our last minute booking

The check in was remote, meaning the keys were left on the reception counter. That’s as also the reason why we didn’t notice there were 2x 1h sauna included in the price. On evening we saw the paper for the reservation and the owner was kind enough to let us use it even if we didn’t reserve it in advance.

The whole thing is new, the apartment was nicely furnished with a functional kitchen and they have a play room for kids and sauna in the basement. It’s l located less than 10 mins walk from Achterjet skilift that takes you to the top of the mountain. They slso have a ski room, but I left the equipment at the depot next to the lift.

A very lovely hotel with clean comfortable rooms overlooking the pasture with cows grazing. An amazing breakfast was served and I would highly recommend staying here.

Everything was perfect.

Bergheimat are absolutely beautiful apartments in a picturesque and quiet area of Flachau. They were extremely clean, spacious and cozy. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need to cook an amazing breakfast or dinner. A view from each room was spectacular. Moreover, there was a spacious balcony entry from every single room. Also, a huge nice trampoline is avalable at the backyard which our kids loved a lot! We truly felt ourselfs like home in these amazing place and recommend it for evey traveller who is passing by the beautiful town of Flachau.

The location was great for us. The room was a bit small to also fit our two big luggage pieces but we were able to make it work. Other than that everything was great, we had a nice stay at this property. The breakfast was excellent! We will definitely look to stay here again at our next trip through Flachau.

Lovely bedroom, spacious bathroom, warm welcome, help with carrying the suitcases up to the 2nd floor bedroom. Accommodation located in a very nice village, with excellent restaurants not more than five minutes' walk.

We liked everything 😊 Locaton was great, near skiing centre, market and all other things to visit. Aparment was clean, cosy, warm with all apliances that you need and it was very big for 2/3 persons, we even have our own parking place and storage for skiing equipment. The owners were even nicer and they arrange us fresh bakery delivery every morning.

Location - close enough to skiing facilities and you can even see them, yet a bit too far to walk in full gear. Probably it's better to take a ski bus or drive three minutes by car. This is just a minor inconvenience which did not affect our stay in any way.

It's a nice appartment, 5 min walk to the nearest ski lift. Kitchen is well equipped, the spa area is really nice. We had a perfect stay!
