Fantastic location in the heart of the old town. Very interesting, eclectic styled hotel which has been developed over the years by passionate owners. Fabulous breakfast served in the courtyard by the attentive, friendly staff. This hotel was a great find and I look forward to visiting again in the future when we are next in Rhodes. Top marks all around.

The location is perfect. The atmosphere is amazing. The personal just can’t do enough for you. We have enjoyed many evenings there, the service was fantastic, great music as well. The food as well is very good. I have stay in many places and this one is now my favourite.

We had to book a time slot and order our breakfast the night before which is a little annoying as we didn't know how hungry we would be. They did however allow you to add to your order if you wanted something else and is understandable during covid times.

Really lovely hotel with the most welcoming and friendly staff. The room was really spacious and had everything you need for a beach get away - it's a very traditional hotel with unique features so a nice change compared to many beach resorts which usually lack character. The breakfast was great and there were lots of options - also useful to have a fridge in the room and they provided fruit upon arrival. The hot tub in the room was a great addition and every was really clean - I recommend taking your own bubbles unless you want to spend 10 euros on their bath bombs.

The most polite and courteous staff I ever encountered. They did everything for us and made us feel special. Everyone on the front desk was very helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The waiters were superb.

I am in love with this hotel and the staff. The hotel is beautifully designed and created to give an authentic Greek experience. The room was wonderful and immaculate. The food was delicious and well presented. The staff were extremely kind, helpful and considerate. They made my stay wonderful and I will always remember them. Weaker wi-fi quality. In the description of our specific room (otherwise very nice), I recommend mentioning the fact that the toilet is not separated from the bedroom by a door.

Excellent location, amazing breakfast, perfect staff, efficient air conditioning, cozy atmosphere. The hotel has a very good restaurant, the quality of which corresponds to the quality of the hotel.

The fact that for breakfast must be specified a day before, exactly the hour of his service is a little uncomfortable when you are on holiday

The entire location has another way to make tourism ! The customer is a close friend that everyone in Koukos takes care to feel relaxed, comfortable and respected ! The quality of all services is above expectations! Every space has an ambient, archaic, relevant ! Sofisticated breakfast !

If you don't really like all your things to be touched (make-up, camera, toothbrush...) don't forget to use the "do not disturb" sign, as they will move everything at their "rightful" place... Good intention, but didn't like it. The curtains were not blocking the sun at all for sleeping hours, and we lacked some natural light in the day due to small windows. We also really missed a lot a traditional greek breakfast. The continental one was still nice. It was hard to shower without putting water everywhere on the floor.

The jacuzzi was really nice, and very clean. Special mention to the bed which has a memory foam mattress layer. We slept very well. Warning to the very big portions at breakfast (you could always ask for more later). We loved its "chocolate pie" that you'll find attached to the review. Thanks to all staff and their welcoming smile. The two AC were really useful.

Impossible to sleep during all day. It Is a night town. Noise all the time..Noise until 2 am every morning. Then. construction at 7:30 am every morning. Not good value for the money. A place for a young party person not a mature one. Despite staff being helpful, kind and friendly, I do not recommemd staying there.

Comfortable, artfully decorated room, wit a sitting room and two bathrooms. Warm attentive staff. Excellent location on a pedestrian only street. Breakfast and food preparation was tastefully done and presented.

The noise from downstairs from the restaurant and the bar until after midnight. No soundproofing. No screens on windows nor double glazing to mute noise.. Not able to check in before 3 PM.

The room description on hotel web-page says "soundproof" rooms but that was a bit misleading: Our room (Kavvadias) located on main street side above the hotel bar and was much exposed to very loud bar music all day long until early hours of the night. After the first night fortunately we were allowed to change our room to an other quiet one, and we were happy again. Just as a "warning" if loud music coming outside into your room bothers you: the hotel bar is playing music all day long from morning until late night and seems to be also a central point of local people and even band concerts, so, if you do not want to listen to that in your room, better to avoid main street side rooms. The other rooms are also high quality but more quiet.

Breakfast excellent. Also personnel is professional and seem to be well trained for their job. Rooms are spacy and functional, and very fine decoration: "5" start level.
