The host makes you feel so welcome and takes care of even little things like the smell as you walk in is, it was just so welcoming and instantly lifted you. She was always there if you needed her for anything. The pool is amazing. Everything was just 5 out of 5 and you could not ask for more!

The kitchen is tiny so difficult to cook unless you're really determined, bathroom also v small. The noise from the road nearby. But the place and the owner are so lovely these things don't really matter in the end.

Lovely garden and pool, 5 min walk from a very nice beach (with free parasols and sun loungers at GK in exchange for a low spend at their bar/ restaurant), beach side taverna 10 mins walk, plenty of shops and restaurants in Kalyves, very friendly and helpful owner.

04/07 to 15/07/23 From the moment we arrived, Vasilki and her son Spiros not forgetting her husband made us feel extremely welcome. The apartment/bungalow we stayed in was immaculate and well furnished. The bed was extremely comfortable. The fridge was stocked with Juice and Wine. And a big surprise was a huge homemade cake that was delicious 😋 The gardens and pool like the rooms are immaculate. Lots of places to eat locally within walking distance, a supermarket and petrol station just down the road. Fantastic holiday made perfect by the accommodation. Thanks Nick&Allison

We were provided two single beds that were joined together. Not an issue for me but might be for others.

My only Criticism was the bathroom in our room was a little small, but adequate for a weeks holiday. To get to the nearest town (Kalyves) it was a 1.5 mile walk along a main road, however there were bars, restaurants and cafe's on the route

The owners who live on site were really helpful and friendly, they could not do enough for you. It had a great pool area, it was also close to a beach with 3 Beach Bars with free sunbeds and reasonably priced food & drink. A Supermarket was a 5 minute walk away.

I have nothing to say

I was surprised by the cleanliness of the room. The host was always doing the best effort to make us feel comfortable. Everything was sparkling clean, bed mattres very comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, welcome gifts in the fridge. The pool is new and I can say that it is the highlight of the property.

Koulouris is excellent , clean , beautiful apartments . Really good location a 2 minute walk to the beach . Hosts were very helpful and friendly . Great swimming pool . I highly recommend .

A pleasant and wonderful stay with very friendly, kind and helpful hosts. The rooms were very clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool area is all new and cleaned daily. The garden has a beautiful setting with mountain views and stunning flowers, a perfect place to go and relax! The location is great with the beach, supermarket and Kalyves town all on your doorstep. Our car was hired through our hosts which we would highly recommend. It felt like a home away from home!

Great location (not far away from the Chania airport, nice beach and some restaurants very close). The host family was really friendly and helpful. We have received nice welcome.The possibility of renting a car at the place is a plus. The room with a nice terrace you can have breakfast on. Very clean and quiet place. Friendly atmosphere. The swimming pool is available to all guests.

Located an easy walk to an excellent beach the apartments are a real jewel in Kalyves. The property is run by the family who own it and cannot do to much to help, they are always on hand. The bungalows are well appointed and spacious with easy access to the lovely pool. Although the beach is nearby we didn't want to venture from the grounds as there was everything there we wanted. A thoroughly relaxing experience. (They'll even rent you a car!)

It is quite near the road though I would say that it’s closeness to the beach compensates for this. There are a couple of restaurants a short distance away but I think the centre of Kalyves would be too far for most people to walk, at night.

Friendly welcoming and helpful owners. Spacious apartment, well equipped and spotlessly clean. thoughtful little welcome box with necessities for a breakfast or two. And we were not expecting the pool, which was brand new and the best surprise. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Host was super nice, super accommodating. The room was spacious, really clean , great! Really close to the beach and also not too far from some really nice restaurants

It would have been better to have had some shampoo provided, as the current security measures prevent a passenger taking any liquid over 100ml in size.

The manager was in one word, excellent. Very welcoming but more importantly extremely helpful, and I will return. Very close access to the beach, supermarket, and a very good taverna nearby with an enjoyable meal at a fair price.

There was nothing to dislike.

The location was excellent for us being on the edge of the village yet only a short walk to the beach and main supermarket. The studio was well equipped for our needs and everywhere was kept very clean and tidy. The owner was very friendly and welcoming and we would definitely stay here again on another visit.

No negatives on this little spot of paradise. It's just short of the beach.

Fantastic place just a short walk to a lovely beach spot. Nice location just outside of Kalives. So we could get away from the traffic of the beach goers. Owner was amazing and accommodating. I will be back.

Amazing location with very friendly and welcoming host.I had an amazing time in the garden listening birds songs and relaxing,the Wi-Fi speed was amazing all my internet meetings were smooth.Also took a look in the boutique apartments and i found my next booking they were gorgeous.Everything is nearby supermarket, gas station, tavernas and the beach is amazing, totally recommended!
