No mosquito nets, so better to lock the doors before sun is down. Kitchen is a bit aged, especially fridge which was a bit noisy and wasn't allowing to sleep time to time. AC was tripping time to time and had to be restarted by switching off and on the breaker.

Location of the hotel is a best in in Nea Roda. It's giving an amazing sea view form the room. It's in walking distance to the wonderful beach Voulitsa. Around 10 walking distance to the street with lots of restaurants. In a windy days at Nea Roda you can drive around 10 km to the other side with a sheltered beaches. Lots of spectacular places around the area, but you will need a car to get there. There owners will meet you at the reception and will give you all information you might need.

Everything was perfect.

Absolutely gorgeous owners. Both ladies are extremely helpful, thoughtful, friendly and kind. The breakfast is remarkable, contains a lot of home made dishes. The view from the rooms is stunning, there are great beaches in the area, accessible by foot or less than 5 minutes drive. I absolutely recommend this place for a fantastic vacation.

The TV can be slightly bigger and international TV channels as well. Bigger wardrobe as well.

It was a pleasure to stay at Lazaridis Studios & Apartments. The hosts are such good persons. They told us everything that we need to know for the area, where are the best beaches, restaurants etc., once we arrived. The information was very helpful. They can even make a reservation for a restaurant if you like, and you will receive a perfect table with the best view ot Ouranoupoli. Thank you gitls for the pleasant stay, for your advises, for the best breakfast. Btw, this was the best breakfast ever. Every morning you will find something which is handmade by the hosts, as cakes, apple pie, carrot pie, and everything was so delicious. The view of the hotel is great - sea view of the Port of Nea Roda and the church ST. Teodoros. There is a terrace in front of the restaurant, where you can enjoy your breakfast with a sea view as well.

Narrow bathroom and problems with the toilet cistern. There are no mosquito nets on the windows. There are many stray dogs in the village.

Lazaridis hotel is beautiful , very clean, location is great, breakfast is delicious, homemade, but the thing that makes this hotel exceptional is the staff, especially Marina, the host, she was so friendly, very helpful, she looked after everything and tried to help every guest and fulfill their needs.
