Our only slightly negative comments concern the bathroom in our room, which is small. The shower over the bath is not ideal, especially for people who are getting less mobile. Additionally, having the hand-held shower nozzle positioned at thigh height (for me) made for a less-than-ideal arrangement. Restaurant staff (breakfast and dinner) did not display the same friendly, welcoming nature we have experienced with reception and at other places across Crete.

This waterfront hotel with outstanding Agean sea views was a happy surprise. Convenient to the airport and also an ideal base to explore the Akrotiri Peninsula with its beaches, ancient monasteries, and much more. Within the hotel, our sea view room with its balcony was a nice size and comfortable. Everything within the room worked as designed. The reception staff were exceptional in their care and assistance. Breakfast buffet certainly offered enough choices.

A few comfortable chairs by the pool so you could sit and read a book , without having to lay on a sunbed would be great.

The staff were wonderful , they couldn't do enough to help you. The hotel setting is stunning and so peaceful , the pool area with the view was incredible , just a fantastic hotel. I will return next year , thank you for everything.

The bathroom sink seems rather large for the size of the actual room, but it was manageable providing you don't hold tennis sessions..

We loved our unexpected one night on Crete. A fabulous introduction to Crete. We would love to visit again. The staff were wonderful and very friendly and helpful I enjoyed the my first taste of tsikoudia after dinner. Thank you all for your hospitality.

The bathroom is a bit old, could use some renovation, but it was still ok.

Very good location next to the sea, and only 10 minutes from Chania airport. Free parking available, where you can leave your rental car. There are a few planes during the day but not disturbing (totally quiet at night). There is a huge pool that you can use, but the sandy beach is only 2 minutes walk from the hotel. The rooms are clean, well equipped. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, good variety of food. Restaurant also great, with some fine dishes. Desserts are also very yummy.

Everything was great. Clean everywhere. The view from the room was very nice. The beach is gorgeous, very close to the hotel, 300-400 meters. Breakfast was a buffet, diverse, you had plenty to choose from. Also, the food at the restaurant is very tasty, and the view is spectacular. The ladies at the reception, Soultana and Tonia, always with a smile on their faces, willing to help us with anything.

Just one small thing, the pillows were a bit high and sturdy for me, I'm used to very soft pillows as I usually sleep on my stomach, so it was a little bit uncomfortable after a couple of nights. I started sleeping without the pillow (something I actually enjoy doing) and it was fine 😊

The staff is extremely friendly, the hotel is super clean and beautiful! Right next to the beach, the view is absolutely amazing. The pool is huge! Breakfast was delicious, with different options every day, and the restaurant food was insanely good! After dinner they bring you blakavas and a little bottle with a local liquor as a treat, it's so thoughtful and so delicious 😋 Would definitely recommend and definitely stay there again 😊

Perfect seafront location, two minutes' walk from the small, quiet Kalathas Beach. Exceptionally friendly staff, extremely rich and varied self-service breakfast and good, reasonably priced dining during the day.

Even tough the hotel is just above the beach, there is no dirrect access to it, you have to walk around 5 minutes on a very busy street without a sidewalk in order to get to the sea.

The double room was slightly smaller than expected from the photos, and the bed on the hard side, but otherwise nothing to complain about.

The hotel was in a great location and had a lovely view from the rooms facing the sea. The selection at breakfast was good, the dinner food very tasty and the staff lovely. The pool was big and had good seating - a very nice size for a smaller hotel. The room was serviced daily and the hotel kept very clean.
