The location was a 15-20minute walk away from the front. Apart from that, the hotel couldn’t have been better.

All facilities at the property were clean and kept to a high standard. The customer service was excellent and the staff were very attentive.

The room was quite dark and small. The bed wasn’t very comfortable and we were not provided any slippers.

This hotel is nice little cosy stay, our favourite part was meeting George! He was the reception guy that was very helpful and supportive with any of our requests, in addition to that he is a very talented guitarist!

the lady in the reception (Doumna) was super, she helped a lot with the transportation, sightseeing recommendations since I arrived with no plan at all, she was a friend not an employee!

By the check-in we had a very nice and warm welcome from the one of the hostess. She explained everything and made us feel welcome from the start. The other hostess was also so kind and friendly. Both women where very nice and the hospitality was wonderful and really helpful. We didn’t really plan something on our trip in Santorini. We asked them for some advice on trips or activities. They helped us with choosing some activities and then helped us arrange a very nice boottrip with a catamaran. They also helped us choose with what places to visit and which are a bit overrated. Both the hostesses made our stay so pleasant. So very big thank you to you both! The stay itself was also very nice. We had a very clean and nice room with great pool view. There was a little problem with the electricity, the lights where flicking. The hostesses solved it almost instantly. The beds where fine and clean. We had a lot of towels. There where 2 big ones for showering, bath mat, 2 small towels and 2 big towels for the pool. There where some small things like the extra shower fel off sometimes, the fridge stood a bit loose but those kind of things don’t really matter for the stay. You could still use them and they work fine. Just a little more adventurous ;) The breakfast it self was so cute and nice. Every morning they asked what kind of eggs we wanted and if we wanted some kind of meat/bacon/sausages with it. They bring you the Greek coffee, orange jus, water, toast and different kinds of toppings, cornflakes, and a bowl of fruits. Everything you can wish for in the morning. The last day we left earlier than the serving time for breakfast. They offered us a breakfast earlier so we could have some food before leaving. They offered us a little present when we left. So overall it was a great stay, thanks to the sweetest hostesses and the lovely lady who helped with everything, such as preparing the breakfast and cleaning the rooms. It was lovely.

Very cute Botique Hotel, staff gave us a very warm welcome. They are always there for you, when you need anything. They gave us also good recommendations and ideas what to see and where to go on this beautiful island. We arrived by ferry and left by plane, easy to reach in both cases and free parking. The hotel itself was very clean and freshly renovated, nice materials and colors.

Transfer from the airport booked through the hotel did not turn up. Not a great location, it is a long walk to the beach or good restaurants It is beside a very busy road so some road noise in our room or if you are at the pool Breakfast served from 10 till 12, this is too late if you want to do anything away from the hotel

The room we had was a small studio with a spiral staircase to the bedroom which was lovely. Cleaning was good, fresh bedding and towels after 2 days Breakfast was good apart from being to late starting The pool was nice Although we had a couple of issues as mentioned above we still enjoyed our stay here.

Loved the stay! In addition to being extremely attentive and friendly, the room was very clean, fragrant, organized and with very useful items. We also got an amazing treat on the way out. I definitely recommend.

The hotel was 20/30 min far away from Fira by bus. Sometimes the bus it was late or full of tourists. The driver of the hotel he was so nice with us however we had to pay 35€ to go everywhere so is quite expensive if you want to go to the center… so it’s worthy the bus.

The hotel is really nice, we had an upgrade from a double single bed for two to one studio apartment, the bed it wasn’t that much comfy but acceptable. Next to the hotel they have supermarket and restaurants, the beach Perissa take 10/15 min walking. Elena she was so nice with us all the time and helpful. Thank you so much for the amazing stay guys!

Our hosts were extremely friendly, funny and respectful. The breakfast was nice and they would serve it exactly how you prefer it after your choices in the first day. The pool was awesome, quite large compared to others. The room was cosy and had a large balcony with high quality toiletries. Upon departure they presented us with a little gift that we considered to be very thoughtful. Overall the hotel is immaculate and offers amazing service.

Road in front of hotel was little bit noisy.

Our room was clean and so beautiful. We had so nice view. Personal was very kind and careful. We had everything we could need (towels, bathrobes, showergel, shampoo, safe, TV, water...).

Everything! Even before coming, the assistance and explanation was super helpful! We were arriving late so we booked the transfer and the driver was waiting for it with a sign and we had a very nice conversation, help with our luggage and some tips! when arriving at the hotel we had a super warm welcome of the receptionist which was super helpful, nice, happy and motivating! we were super tired and right after seeing him, we were again motivated!The room was super clean, super good decoration and nice swimming pool! the amenities in the bathroom were of super good quality and amount! everyday we had a lot of tips to what to see and visit! and the location is perfect, super near to a supermarket, a place to have breakfast and the bus station, it is super relaxing since it is not so crowded! at the end we got a super nice gift of oil and wine! thank you for making us love santo even more

Just a few small things. You have to use the keycard to turn on the power, so the room was definitely hot when we got back, but once the AC was turned on, it was fine after about 30 mins.

Initially upon arrival, our room had a small problem, but Apostolis, the receptionist, ensured that we were taken care of and put us in another room. In fact, he even upgraded us to the suite for one of the nights. I don’t think words can describe the amazing and incredible service that Apostolis provided for us. He told us he just started working here less than a week ago and he was still very helpful. He helped us find transportation to Vlychada for much cheaper than what I could find online and went above and beyond with any request I had. He is a very honest man and I can just tell he is a good person at heart. I am not sure how much they are paying him but he deserves 10x that amount. He is the nicest man that I met in Santorini on my entire trip. In terms of the hotel, it is clean and the facilities are good. The beds are comfortable. Overall, even though this was probably my cheapest accommodation that I had in Santorini (as I stayed in 3 different hotels in different parts of the island), I probably had the best time here because of Apostolis. Like I said, he really is the reason this hotel stay was amazing.

Privée Hotel was very good. The staff was very kind, polite and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The room was comfortable and very clean. They cleaned the room every day and changed the towels. Thank you to the hotel for your hospitality!
