Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Peaceful, such a friendly island, l kept meeting the same people. Local Greeks and visitors, always talking and sharing. I loved the family run accommodation, relaxed and l felt part of Iraklia.

If you want a super chilled and rustic experience in a most gorgeous setting then this is your place!! The room has lovely sea view balcony, comfy bed and everything you could need. The breakfast was simply delicious. Fresh eggs and bacon, Greek pancakes, honey, yogurt, fresh fruit, coffee- hot & iced. Amazing!!! Efcharistó Nicos and your staff!! We had evening meals at Syrma which is a delightful tucked away place by the harbour. Highly recommend. Livadi beach a 10 minute walk away - lots of space. Calm waters and a super lunch or dinner spot is Pera Panta. We’ve been to many Greek islands and Iraklia has a magic and charm all of its own. Mastrali is the best place to stay!!

Nikos picked me up from the port and made sure I had everything for a nice stay! I only booked 3 nights but ending up staying for almost a week. The breakfast is super nice and all fresh :) iraklia is a lovely island and all the people are super welcoming. I would recommend this and would definitely go back next time!!

We loved the vibe, it was really relaxing and chilled. Nikos was very welcoming and was helpful with transfers to and from the property. The location was ideal for going out to eat in evening and exploring the island/going to the beach. The room was spacious, with great bathroom and shower. Shower pressure was good and plenty of hot water. The terrace/balcony was lovely with great views of the harbour and the town. The bed was fantastic, great to sleep in. Breakfast was fab, good filtered coffee, toast and jam, yogurt and honey and fried egg. And served with a smile
