This hotel was absolutely fabulous. The staff couldn’t have been more professional and caring. It was super friendly, clean, well maintained etc. The breakfasts were amazing. We certainly will recommend it and will be back

The staff were amazing. Food was great. Service and friendliness of everyone there was top notch. We were there for a bbq Greek dancing evening and it was so much fun! Suffered through a horrendous storm but the staff were so accommodating and gracious. Making everyone as comfortable as possible. Miranda and her staff were amazing. Loved it!!

Mosquitos - we got eaten alive - lots of stagnant water around the hotel - staff said it was really bad this year and couldn’t find repellant that worked against them

The location is right on a main road. The nearby beach is crowded and completely hidden by sunbeds and umbrellas. You have to walk 30minutes to go to a decent beach.

The resort itself is very nice and and well kept. The restaurant is very good. They serve good quality food at all times of the day. My room was great, spacious and comfortable.

Small pool.

Very good location ,with Koukounaries beach accessible by foot . Big, nice garden with a lot of plants. The staff was great, always very helpful and happy to help despite their very long shifts.

The room that we received was not like in the pictures. We have booked a Junior room for 3 adults and we received a room with double bed with a very small sofa (small even for a 12 years old child). In the pictures of our booking we had a larger sofa and this was the reason we booked that room. We were a couple with one 3years old child and one 12 years old child. I made a mistake and booked for 1 adult and 1 child and they told us that this was the reason we received a smaller room. We had a discussion in the first night regarding the room we received was smaller than in description and I considered unfair to pay a higher price than for a triple room and to receive a smaller room just because I made that mistake. The staff considered my claim and changed my room next day to a larger one (with a larger double bed) but stil the sofa was the same so for our 12 years old son was still uncomfortable, but overall we appreciate their efforts to change the room in full season.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was very good. The location is near the most beautiful beaches in Skiathos but we had a car. Without car, having small kids with us it would have been difficult to get to the beach. The resort is looking very nice and the price was fair.

Everything was amazing and would love to go back. Thanks to all the staff. We extended our stay but had to swap rooms on our last night, our second room was even nicer. Amazing food on Greek night too.

For a hotel of such high standards, you would expect that beach towels are included in the price and you don’t have to pay a daily fee for renting them - seemed quite unnecessary to us.

The hotel has a great location close to Koukounaries and other beaches. Despite being close to the main road, it was very calm. The hotel rooms are in different small buildings which are spread across an amazing and well kept garden. Staff was always very friendly and helpful.

Husband hate the rock night and wanted more Greek culture in the entertainment. quality of the food could be improved. It was OK but not exceptional.

Breakfast was exceptional. Kids loved the pizzas. Pool was lovely, plenty of deck chairs, room was huge and very comfortable and was left spotless by the lovely cleaner, loved the very modern showers and our little balcony staff was friendly location was fantastic near the beach and mini market Garden was beautiful it was very quiet Greek night was fun

Nothing could have been better

The whole experience was excellent We’ve stayed at many other hotels on this Island but this hotel was the stand out winner in all areas….and it does not rest on its reputation like the Princess Hotel

Had a fantastic stay. We were lucky to get a Junior Suite in the grounds and this was luxury (especially the towels). The hotel was a great location for our 3 night stay and very handy for bus stop 23. Loved the breakfast each morning and every member of the team were so friendly and helpful. The pool and gardens were perfect for a couple of hours relaxation after a long walk.

Wifi a bit weak for streaming Netflix films.

Management and all staff polite, pleasant and attentive. Buffet breakfast was exceptional, as was location.
