The room was close to perfect, except that the room's window was looking to the inside the building and it was pretty small. The area that was used for bathroom could have made the bedroom part a bit larger.

The breakfast was perfect. All the staff was great. The location is wonderfull, you can walk around in the neighborhood and walk up to Acropolis as well.

Stayed in mid March. Restaurant / roof garden were closed for renovation. Wasn’t there informed of this at time of booking. It was one one the reasons for picking the hotel in the first place due to vie of the Acropolis. Room on street side can be a bit noisy in morning due to traffic

I was told that I would have access to streaming services, but apparently I had to sing in to each one of them - maybe I misunderstood, or there was a mistake of some sorts. Anyways, no big deal. Also, the bathroom fan was a bit too loud, but also not that important.

Very clean everywhere, the staff was exceptional (really, one the best experiences I've ever had), the welcoming with an aperitif was great, the bed very comfortable and the overall experience was superb. The location is dead center in the historic district and the view from the terrace magnificent. It was a pity that the bar/restaurant and the roof garden were closed at the time that I stayed, but it is a highly recommended place to spend some days in Athens. I will definitely go back next time I am in Athens.

The hotel is located on Ermou street close to Psyri and Monastiraki where you can found lots of bars and restaurants which was highly appreciated. The hotel looks very new and was very clean. Our room was exactly as on the pictures (Junior suite with Balcony) and the room very comfortable. The shower with his "multi-jets" was very enjoyable and the room well designed. The breakfast was not a "buffet", but on top of the fix selection of breads/cakes and jams, you could choose plenty of other things like cold cuts, fruits and eggs. The omelette and eggs Florentine were excellent. The staff was very friendly, polite and professional. We will definitely come back.

Wi-Fi access point on the 2nd floor is a bit dated so coverage in the upper level of the family room is not the best one.

People usually say that "staff was very helpful" etc. Ms. Paraskevi and her team brought hospitality to a whole new level. Their motto "come as a guest, leave as a friend" is 100% true, and whenever we come to Athens again we will come for a dring and say hello. Also, if you are into Psiri and Monastiraki this is an excellent location to stay.

The service was fantastic. The moment i arrived I felt like being home. Outstanding service, clean and the breakfast was good. I went up to the rooftop terrace for drinks and it was lovely. Staff really made sure that everything was on point. Planning my next trip to Athens and I will stay here again. I personally want to thank all the staff from housekeeping to reception to restaurant staff for making my stay amazing.

The property is in an excellent location, right in the middle of everything culturally and historically. This hotel makes a great home base, whether you want great food, good drinks, live music, or just get a vibe for what it's like to live in this high-energy city. The hotel offers clean, luxurious rooms. The rooftop terrace, in addition to offering excellent meals and drinks, also offers an unbeatable view of the Acropolis. The staff are extraordinary. The owner and the receptionsit went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was perfect.

The staff were extremely hospitable and helpful. Special thanks to Thanassis and Elena who went above and beyond to assist with all our needs and questions. As we prepared to embark home they were able to assist in getting us to a local clinic for the required COVID tests which was massively appreciated. As a Marriott Ambassador traveler, I'm used to a high level of service and am skeptical as to what kind of service to expect from a boutique hotel. The entire property provided a truly 5 star experience on par with a luxury brand. The property is brand new hence the limited reviews but I would without a doubt book here again for the simple yet elegant room design, restaurant with a view on the rooftop, and tremendous service that was able to help us navigate COVID testing and various sightseeing activities.
