There is nothing that i do not like in the property.

The place was very nice. It was cleaned everyday and when we came back from the beach the room was so fresh. The hosts were so friendly and kind. They asked us if we need something every morning in the yard and respond immediately. There was a nice terrace, where we had breakfast every morning and a great yard where we were sitting in the evenings. The place is very quite. I recommend it and will visit it again for sure.

Unfortunately the building is quite noisy, the doors are not helping at all, you can hear people in the other room, you can hear people talking on the hallway or the cleaning lady washing the stairs. We had a couple with a baby next door and we could hear everything. It's a good place, but not one where you can find the rest and sleep at any hour you would like. It depends from person to person and their vacation sleeping mode

Overall the accommodation is a good one, the owner is very friendly and helpful, clean place (everyday cleaning), we had also the only private parking space available, easy to find on the map and quite close to both beaches in the area (10-15min walk)

We loved our stay! The room was very clean, the host, Thanasis, was very welcoming and gave us recommendations on lovely taverns. The location is great - very close to the city center, however, a quiet street so you can have a rest.

We loved our stay at Naias. Our Host was very friendly and the flat was very spacious, Clean and Had a great View on the ocean! The rooms were very Clean and got cleaned daily. The balcony was huge and we enjoyed pur breakfast there. The building is very Central and not far from the ocean and Stores. Totally recommend staying there!

Everything was as shown in description and even better than we expected.

Large terrace with wonderful view, clean apartment, comfortable beds and large bathroom. There is a large free parking only few steps away. Villa is in good, quiet location and 3min away from the center, church and sea. The nearest beach is also very nice with fine sand and clear water and several beach bars to choose from. It is 10-15 min away from the villa, but if you choose the way by the sea that can also be a pleasant walk.

The position of the hotel, quite far from the beach and on the hills that Neos Marmaras is placed-on, so you have to climb the hill coming from the beach.

We liked very much the host of the hotel, a very kind and pleasant person. We also enjoyed the room, very large and with modern facilities and furniture. The room we had offered also sea view which we enjoyed a lot.

What I like the most, besides the facility and location, was Thanasis! He’s a nice, kind and smiley guy, made my stay comfy and easy and helped me find out the best spots to visit in Sythonia (no tourist stuff)!

The review is based on the price range and expectance from the pics. The hosts were extremely polite and helpful. They were doing the regular cleaning daily. Always awailable for questions. The appartment is more then expected, clean, nice, location is also great for us as we drive to other places. Very close to center, as well.

We booked for double room apartment, but the rooms were only half divided by wall.

Very clean and staff was very helpful and friendly. Its location near the centre of Neas Marmara gives you opportunity to explore beautiful beaches nearby.

Everything in the room is functional, floor was cleaned each day. Terrace in front of the room is prety comfortable. There is big parking lot 100 meters from the hause but also there are couple of places to leave the car right in front of the house.

Top location, close to the center abd the main beach in Neos Marmaras. It's a live town with a lot of bars, restaurants and shops, convenient location for exploring the beaches on the west coast of Sithonia. The host was very helpful and attentive lady. They cleaned the room every day. Room is very covenient with small kitchen and a terrace. There is on the street free parking.
