Very friendly and helpful staff, great tour and action recommendations. Beautiful, mid-size hotel with nice restaurants and shopping nearby. Well located in central location outside of touristic hot spot. Stunning views. Very nice breakfast served to room/own terrace. Pickup-service from Fira (and more) on short notice.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the hotel offers a shuttle service to and from Fira which was super helpful for accessing the city. The location of the hotel is well placed for accessing the port, for ferries, Fira for browsing and dinner. The hotel helped us organise an ATV (Quad bike) with ease and provided us with useful information on how to get around the island. The staff at the hotel, in particular Janus (potentially wrong spelling) were friendly and polite throughout our stay. You can select your breakfast preferences and it is provided to your room, always on time and fresh!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff are all very friendly and happy to help. The hotel is approx. 30 min walk to Fira, or you can get picked up / dropped off for free at certain times of the day. There is a pharmacy and a Lidl a short walk from the hotel.

Great location - very close to the city but far enough away to avoid the busy hustle and bustle. The room was comfortable with a good layout. The excellent preordered breakfast delivered to the room was a nice touch, and hosts were attentive and friendly.

The hotel is at very good location, 2-3 mins drive from the centre in Fira. All the staff were super nice and courteous. They provided good tips for places to visit. The convenience of a free shuttle transfer to and from the centre of Fira made exploring the island effortless. The breakfast provided was great. Overall very nice property to stay.

Staff very courteous . Michael was above beyond with the help and his friendliness modesty. All other staff very modest. Feel like family . Will definitely recommend to stay at this property. Breakfast was out of this world. Soooo many options .

The staff were really nice and kind. They provided free shuffle service to the center of Fira and daily room cleaning service. The most impressive thing is breakfast service. They delivered it to the room as I wanted.

All good except some issues with the bathroom door.

Excellently managed property close to Fira town. Around 2.5 kms of pleasant walk. Possible to see the glorious sunrise as well as sunset from the hotel. Really liked the room service for the breakfast and accommodative nature of the staff. We had an early flight to catch and they made sure to deliver breakfast at 4 AM which was really great.

Hi - this hotel is amazing. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and so in mgmt. They go above and beyond to make sure guests are comfortable and at the same time their pricing is very reasonable. Very good location in center of everything. Don't miss this one.

Next to the main road and too noisy. Sitting by the pool wasn’t relaxing as they is no barrier from the road.

The flexibility to choose our breakfast time and have it served in our room is a nice touch, however my husband and I would have preferred to get out of the room for breakfast to enjoy the wonderful views and have it served warmer too.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and friendliness. The hotel's rooms, facilities, and pool were impeccably clean, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. Fresh bed linens and towels were provided each morning. The added convenience of a free shuttle transfer to and from the center of Fira made exploring the island effortless, and the hotel staff were always prompt and responsive to our transfer requests. The location of the hotel is simply breathtaking, with a top lounge sitting area that provides a mesmerising view of the sunset. We also appreciated the convenience of the bus stop right opposite the hotel.
