We had a very pleasant experience at Villa Maria, the room was very nice and clean and Simone, the host of this place was friendly and helpful. He prepared us a very pleasant breakfast and on the day of departure, how we had to leave very early, he left breakfast treats on the kitchen table for us to take with us on the way. It was very much appreciated ♥️ So I will definitely recommend this place to everyone who wants to have a lovely stay! Thank you 😊

Air conditioning wasn’t great - was on a timer controlled by the owner and didn’t go on until around 6:30pm most nights and it was around 32 degrees during the day so the rooms were uncomfortably warm when sleeping.

Exclusivity - we used 3 rooms as we were a wider family attending a wedding & it felt like a private villa. Pool was lovely and owner was amazing he couldn’t have done more.

Maybe neighbourhood is not so excellent, more kind of industrial zone. But we came with a car so we didn't notice too much.

Everything was excellent. We came after time for check-in, and they waited for us. The room was excellent and exceptional 👏. I will attach the picture. The food was great! You must fill out the form and give it the night before what you want to eat and when and everything at that time is there. For us, it was perfect.

it’s well located to visit the main landmarks in north Tuscany, like Pisa, Lucca and Firenze, all in a range of 20 to 40 min driving. Vicopisano town is a beautiful gem of middle age towns with lovely restaurants of traditional cocine

This is a unique b&b with very cozy rooms. The host knows all about the places to visit and is very helpful. Nice swimming pool and good place to park. Breakfast is delicious.

I can't find one single thing which I didn't like.

Everything relates to this place was amazing: the host (suuuper kind and helpful, he made us feel like home), the place (very clean, big, spatios rooms, a lovely pool, a great garden), the location. The breakfast was very rich, very tasty, you could choose from an entire page of different types of food (bolied eggs, fried eggs, omlettes), bacon, ham, fruits, different types of coffes, yoghurts, , etc, etc, etc...... The host, Simone, helped us with everything: he gave us suggestions regarding the places to visit, he gave us tips on where to park, where to eat, etc, he even went one day to the pharmacy to help us with some medicine....him, and the entire family which are running this place are lovely, very friendly and helpful people who make you feel like home. Hopefully we will get back there one day!! I reccomend this place from all my heart!!

Particularly nice and helpful host. The room had a stylish ambiente, was spotless clean and noticeably quiet. We enjoyed the nice garden for relaxing. The location was perfect for us to visit Pisa and Lucca. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Smoke for industrial site next door was unpleasant. Pool was green. Bedroom toilet had not been cleaned at arrival. Very limited taxi service available. Taxis come from Pisa which makes them very expensive and unreliable .
